The item I received was nothing like what was shown in the video or described on the model, very disappointing quality. When I tried to return it, I found out I'd have to pay $30 just to ship back a small cardigan, and they don't cover return shipping. Considering the cardigan cost $40, that means I'm out $70 total, only to receive store credit instead of a refund. So essentially, I'd get $10 back after all that hassle. Their sizing of actual merchandise does not match the measurements they have posted on their website making it impossible to select the correct sizing. I ordered two shirts based on their measurements listed - one in a large (fits like a small) and another in a medium (fits like a small) This is extremely frustrating, especially on final sale items when the measurements they provide are not accurate for the sizing. read more

Literally the worst business. Extremely rude when you finally get ahold of someone. I shipped returns back with my moms to save on shipping. My mom received her store credit but I didn't. I kept messaging them and just getting the run around. When I finally got a real message, they wanted me to prove it had arrived there because they couldn't find it. After reading other reviews this is a common problem! Save yourself the headache and shop other boutiques that sort by season such as Hello Color, MyEllement or IKT. My order never arrived and was sent back to Filly Flair through the carrier. I contacted customer service, who blew me off multiple times and told me they could not offer a refund even though I never received the items. I ended up having to dispute the charge through my bank, where the customer service was actually phenomenal. I'm disappointed in the lack of care and kindness with their customer service, and how little they care about keeping returning customers. read more

The customer service for this company is amazing, plus the owner is very active on Facebook communicating practically daily. The clothing quality and prices are definitely fair, I've seen the same or similar items for double the prices elsewhere. Return process is very easy, shipping is fast, and there's always new items to choose from. They weren't voted best boutique in the state, the last two years, for nothing! read more

the worst customer service I have ever had to put up with. Watch out the con you out of what u want. U order a dress in a size small and they ship u something to huge to even try to wear. I message the company to let them know I didn't get what I ordered and they tell me I ordered a size large I said no I didn't I know I ordered a small . And then they proceeded to tell me that if u order I size small and then they find out there out they just ship the next size they have which doesn't even come close to fitting me, and refuse to give to a refund for thier mistake . Plus maly I add it was the worst quality material I have ever seen I got a dress and u can see right through it.!!! I've never been to the actual location as I live in Ohio, but I have ordered clothes frequently online from them the past 3 years. I was nervous about their "store credit only" return policy but I have not been disappointed! Everything I've bought fit me fantastically. I've only returned a few items and it was just because I didn't like it on me. Returns are quick so it's easy to reorder something with your store credit within a few weeks, at the most. Delivery is always quick and I love the tissue paper and sticker that says "hello gorgeous" and the confirmation emails that say "you just made our day!" Little things like that make you feel like a customer who matters and are important! I always get compliments on my clothes and people don't even ask where I get them from anymore, they will ask, "did you get that from filly flair?" Because that's always my answer. read more

They don't post reviews on their website if it's not a 5 star review for an item. I've shopped with Filly Flair for years, but will probably never order from them again. I submitted a review of an item I ordered where the thread came undone after one time wearing it. In my review I mentioned I've never had a problem with their clothes before. This is literally the only time I've had a product not last from them. It wasn't a mean review or anything. Once you submit a review they say someone will review it. They had the item in stock for a few months and my review never showed up on their website. I'm very disappointed in Filly Flair, as I loved their clothes. I'll be shopping at Laurie Belle's in Tea, SD from now on. I hope other people have had a better experience than I have with this. read more

I was recommended to this site by my sister-in-law but I wasn't aware of and didn't see in any of the reviews is if you return something you DON'T get your MONEY refunded ONLY STORE CREDIT!!!! I found out when I called it apparently is in the terms of service that you need to click on when you order, who really reads those?! I know that is my fault however I am a larger woman and their items don't really fit me very well. Never have had a situation with a company like this! BEWARE!!!! read more
