Tim the owner was able to replace the screen just like new and fully functional. I'm still impressed. Today, there was a different man dealing with me. I asked for help with with box to check off for Ground (most inexpensive) so that I would not be billed $50 to send my envelope. The man said that they did not do international shipping. I told him that the man had helped me last week and was great. He told me they didn't do it and I had to go to Sioux Falls. I asked if he could put the zip code and then the postal code in his computer to check the box I should select. He just got rude and impatient and told me that they didn't ship internationally. I went to leave and he told me not to come back in his store. I had two golf club boxes in my car to ship our clubs to Florida I got in my car and took them to the UPS store. I paid more to not have to deal with that jerk. The Fed. Ex. driver down the street delightfully helped me and was kind. Fed Ex needs to get a different store to represent them.
