They also understand which ones handle sub-optimal conditions, which allows for better choice for choosing which trees. What's also a big adder in the decision making process is they also will work with you to throw in some meaningful discounts. All in all, I plan on returning more often and can't wait to see what's new for that season for tree planting.

After your item sits for more than a month, you can go retrieve it, covered in dust and dented and scratched. If you can't meet that price, just politely tell me why. Now today a completely different salesman helped me. This time I had my toddler with. He was being a normal 2 year old and wanted to explore the store. Rather than the salesman just walking with us and continuing to answer my questions, he just stayed put over by the appliance we were discussing, and his nonverbals toward us were offensive. He clearly did not want my toddler in his store. For the record, not that that it should even matter, but My son was not screaming or throwing a tantrum or hurting anything. He just wanted to walk around the store. The appliance that I probably want to buy is $20 cheaper here with free delivery, but they will not be seeing my business after making me feel this way.

I asked her if she would pick out 5 of the trees and to pick them out as if she was shopping for her mother. I went the next morning to pick them up and I had barely entered the store when I was met by a nice young gentleman named Ethan. He knew exactly why I was there and he quickly brought the trees up front and happily loaded them into my car( and it was pouring down rain!). Drove over an hour to purchase flooring, took another hour just to get it ordered properly was told…read moreit would take about 3-7 days to get it then they would contact to deliver, after 8 days I contacted the store to find out that only a partial shipment was received, 9 boxes had to be reorder in addition they did not know when the molding would arrive, I had already explained that I was under a timeline and that I would need to cancel the entire order since they could not give me a status on when everything would be at the store. I spoke to a alleged Manager (Michelle) who assured me that everything was canceled and she would be sending a return receipt promptly, needless to say I checked my C/C and it still showed a balance and only a partial refund had been credited, I called and spoke to Michelle again and she stated instead of giving me a total refund, they did a partial and put the rest on a gift card because I had called and reordered the 9 boxes that was missing from the original order, I told her at no time had I called to reordered anything and that I had not authorized anyone to do so on my behalf, she said well that is what they did and there was nothing they could do about it. Which is total BS as even their policy states that in the case of returns a full credit to C/C used will be given. In the mean time I have file a complaint with the BBB as Well as AG Office. I would never recommend this store for anything, they have no appreciation for Veterans or Seniors.
