To my frustration, I discovered purchases and returns are all facilitated by one service line. There were only two cashiers working and probably 15 People in the line. I left and will return my items via UPS at my expense. I have been a loyal Kohls customer for years, but this is the last straw. Sad to see this store become an under-staffed and mis-managed location. It used to be a great place to shop but I won't be back and will not order online again.

The men's section is seriously lacking though. I also know that people find items at Goodwill and bring them to style encore for consignment. This is fine. Personally, though I don't want to be confronted with this fact (and the cost discrepancies) when looking to buy items. Please remove old Goodwill stickers from items before putting them on the racks. Otherwise, thank you for the great store, the good selection of clothing, the clean location, and the warm staff.

It gave scam and the impression that higher-quality items were less desirable because paying a fair price would reduce their profit margin. I understand that resale businesses need to make a profit, but customers also expect offers that reasonably reflect the condition, brand, and value of their items. A more transparent buying process and fairer compensation for quality clothing would make the experience much more positive and encourage people to return

I am brand new to shopping at Maurices. I just wanted to give a complete shout-out to all the…read morewonderful teenagers, young Gen Z's who all work at the Empire Mall location of Maurices. I can walk in at any time, and any one of the Gen Z girls... are extremely kind-hearted, so very helpful and helping me size my clothes. I recently lost a lot of weight and I had been basing my size off of my old plus size. The other week, I was in and I asked for a 2XL and one employee said, that I should try either a LARGE or XL in regular sizing. In disbelief that I could fit in those two sizes, I took them to the back and tried them on. To my shock... I fit very nicely in a LARGE .... Wow.... The girls tag-team each other so a variety of employees all help all of us in the dressing rooms... brilliant idea on the management's part. I cannot stress enough how accommodating these employees are for my age group (I am 56). I quit going to the other competitors in the Empire Mall, just on the helpfulness of each employee at this Maurices location. Each and every time, I'm almost near tears of JOY, leaving and I always make sure I personally walk up to the employees and sincerely thank them for their kind help. Bless you all.
