I am very impressed on how they handle my issued and truly appreciated it. I have bought many name brand clothings there but one of the sweater had a hole in it and so I have returned it but did not get my refund so yes I was charged twice for it. However, I did not find out until I had checked my bank statements which was over a month ago and without a receipt I was worried that they would say I'm sorry but without a receipt we cannot do anything about it. Well, that wasn't the case, the manager was willing to go back and checked it for me and yes she was able to refund me and yes you can say I am a happy customer. ;) read more

I brought clothes in to sell hoping to exchange for some newer ones in better sizes. once walking in the girl who "greeted" me off the bat was pretty rude. Then it took over TWO HOURS to go though two bags. Yet when I was in there I heard a manager or somebody telling the workers to make sure they were working. Definitely shouldn't have taken that long. When I went to check out the girl with the face piercing was rude. I don't think she gave me back all of my stuff and ignored me and went to just go chat with one of her coworkers. Needless to say I will not be going back. 0/10. This used to be my favorite place to shop. read more

Super easy drop off items, complete updates on the iPad, they texted me a few hours later & I picked up my cash & I wanted items all within a few hours. Easy to do business with. I was not impressed with how they handle buying clothes from you. I took ten boxes of new and gently used clothing into the store. They selected 72 items from me and gave me a little over $38.00 for those items. The lady said that they were giving me 30% of what they could sell them for. That would mean that each item would be priced around $1.50. I have never paid under $3.00 for anything in that store and most times it was over $5.00 for each item I purchased. On top of that, I was looking around while I was waiting and there were things that were in really sad shape and worse shape than anything I brought in that were priced $3.50 or more. I think it is very sad how they tell you one thing and do another. Not good business practice. read more

I am very VERY upset with how they do the clothes. I took a big bag of bag clothes with baby shoes, blankets, onesies, pajamas, and beanies. And a brought in a harness too. Out of all my bag they only wanted 10 times and was only going to give me $8. When I went to ask them how they buy things they told me they can't accept Guber because "They can't compete with their prices. They don't normally accept beanies because they "don't sell well unless they are cute". They didn't accept my pajamas because their was a SMALL hole and a TINY stain. But they have items and clothes in there in worst shape. They didn't accept my blankets because they were worn and fuzzy. When they are fully capable of being used. And they wanted to buy my harness for $4 dollars! NO. I don't think so. I will only sell items that I know will sell and not waste my time. read more

This is a really neat little store. If you are in need of anything child related this is a store you need to visit. I was happily surprised not only by the prices of products, but the quality as well. I have gotten next to new or brand items for my family at a much discounted price than what is offered at retail stores. From clothes to books, strollers and toys, there is a large selection to choose from. The store can feel crowded at first, but that's not from lack of organization. There is just such a large quantity on items to choose from. I have learned that if you see something it's best to buy it that day. I have let a few very good deals slip through because others have made up their minds sooner. I highly recommend visiting. You will not be disappointed. read more

Wow- there is so much inventory in this store! All in all, it is very organized! Prices seem fair and staff is friendly. Love that they have a Holiday section and that clothes and accessories are grouped by color. I haven't ever tried consigning there, but can tell they seem picky on what they gather considering the stuff I found were all in nearly pristine condition. I will be back! read more

This store has always had my support no matter when I may stop into town. It has definitely come along ways and can see they are still growing. However as visited sept. 2017 place was too clustered for my comfort inn viewing. Also price for items are low yet high for purchase compared to store price.
