Sioux Falls and the staff at this store had 2 employees inspect it for me, even though it was extremely busy. I asked to pay them and they said it was a service they would provide at no cost. What great service at Harold's! I went in to Harold's to have some prints made and have one photo enlarged and put on artist's canvas. The gentlemen who helped me was great. He was respectful, offered suggestions and was a considerable help. The prints were finished in an hour and the enlargement on canvas will be ready in a week. read more

I ordered a number of reprints 3 day and they were ready for pick up in 24 hours. Better than expected service there. Teresa is especially helpful whenever I go in. The rep I just talked to on the phone was rushed so I didn't get a very warm customer service feeling from him, but a good experience overall. read more

Took some 35 mm film in expecting same day developing. Was told it would be 3 business days. I asked if they could do it faster and was told nobody in town could do it in a day. called Lewis on Minnesota and 41st and they do it in an hour or so. Went in to ask about a battery for a camera. While I didn't buy it there and they don't carry it I thought since they're supposed experts I would try to get some help anyways...
