They have something for every kind of nerd. A whole sports card selection, more toys than a toys r' us and rows and rows of back issue boxes to dig through, not to mention all the current stuff. You will not have to pick over the items to find problems/flaws as they are well curated. I liked knowing that I could bring my items back in clean used condition and receive about 30% of what I paid which is better than nothing. I have bought dozens of tops and several scrub jackets here and re-sold quite a few as well when my assignment changed or I took a contract at another hospital. I highly recommend. (If something wasn't recent enough or in quite good enough condition to re-sell there, I took it a block down to St Vincent de Paul for a good cause. I also drop good used scrubs not quite good enough to consign, into the bin at NU2U.)

I was offered a mimosa while I shopped and appreciated the level of customer service. We're here for you but not going to drown you with questions. I got more of a sense that the gals working cared about you rather than they were working on commission. Very sincere. The decor is relaxing and stylish. It is not overwhelming, very clean and visually appealing. The place is very high end looking but the prices are friendly and affordable. All items I touched or tried on seemed to be great quality. I think I chose about 4 things to try on. While I kept looking the dressing room was set up for me with my clothes. I was told there were a few more items in there for me to check out. I thought this was great and again made me fee really special. Items chosen for me that weren't on the shelves?! Great marketing and attention to the customer. Huge win in my book. I was interested in a bag but wading sure I f it would hold my laptop. The gal went and got hers and tried it out. I decided my wouldn't work but kept going back and forth on the bag. Ultimately I ended up getting a sweater from Primp and was very happy about my experience there. Kudos to them all! And thank you from KS!
