I was told the warranty replacement would be free of charge (as any warrantied item would be by a female employee). 4 days later, my replacement was shipped to the store. I worked with Marcus Irving, and he brought my replacement device out, started to set it up, and then demanded $20 for the replacement. I countered that it was a free warranty replacement. The girl I had spoken to 4 days prior (a few feet away) said that I was lying. Marcus calls their support line. They say both Marcus and the girl are incorrect, and it's not $0, not $20, but $5. Call ends while Marcus had abandoned me for another customer. Marcus still insists it's $20, and mumbles under his breath to a coworker that "this white ass cracker wants a free phone". Incensed by the poor service, blatant racism, and unprofessional attitude from the staff, I paid, and got my money refunded via phone support. As a sidenote, this TMobile location could be classified as a daycare. The employees allow their children to run amok, bothering customers, shrieking and running around, and abusing the display devices. Two kids were playing mobile games at high volume, while one young girl was doing her best to destroy a flip phone. All were mounted display devices.

The sales person stated, after I indicated I didn't feel confident in setting it up, that when I got home I could follow directions and set it up myself. She tossed it into a bag and that was that. I ended up going to the other ATT store on Mall Blvd for help. Once there, Christina completely set my phone up, taking the SIM card from my old phone and putting it in the new, etc. No way I would known to do that! Plus I bought phone accessories from her while there...too bad the Victory store didn't even suggest products. Zero sales competence. How they are still open is baffling.

I looked for phone repair shops online and this place had exceptional ratings. Can confirm--if you have trouble with the screen of your phone, then this IS the place to be. The service here is actually that good! The lady at the counter, Mrs. Shelby, was upfront with the process, the cost, and the duration of time it would take to get my phone repaired which, for me, was a little over an hour. If you're having trouble with your phone, iPad, or console, I totally recommend dropping by and giving this place a chance!

Justin Butler helped me realize why Verizon is still and will forever be the best choice for mobile service. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Went back in they said oops too late you can't return it. The rep acted like I was trying to be slick and getting a new watch! He was like "it's used you can't switch it". The store manager Justin "Back" and district manager Larry Josey displayed questionable ethical…read morebehavior and work standards that ultimately lack the critical tenets of an organization that is customer service oriented. Also, based on my observation of the chain of events that unveiled on the night I was there, the store manager and district manager created not only an environment of enmity, but also closely reflects why the store only has a worrying 2.7 star review on the AT&T website -seems to me this is not the first time this duo of incompetency have let customers down. Ultimately, not addressing this issue, AT&T is risking the loss of potential and current customers. I suggest formally reprimanding the 2 store managers for their lack of professionalism and absolute disregard for customers and furthermore provide additional training on how to be better managers in a customer service oriented organization.
