He went to the shelves to grab the "used case" and threw it in the bag and took our money. Anyone who buys Nintendo games from GameStop knows that they don't keep the game cards in the cases on the shelves because they would be stolen very easily. The workers should very well be aware of this considering, well duh they work there. Well, I can't see what he was doing behind the counter and unfortunately I trusted him to give us the game we paid for. We left without question, I got home and checked my bag and I have a case for this game but no game card is inside. So now I'm home at 10 o'clock at night, waisted gas, and unable to play the game I just went and paid for. Hopefully I will receive my game tomorrow and I wont have problems doing so. I'm way more pissed than I probably should be. But that's a $60 dollar game, you could basically call it stealing.
