They clearly explained the process and pricing, which I really appreciated. Chris was able to get enough charge into the phone by replacing the battery so I could save all my photos -- a huge relief. In the end, I only paid $20 and gave a left a tip forr the diagnosis and troubleshooting, which was absolutely worth it. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the entire time. I never felt pressured or overcharged. Great experience overall and I highly recommend them! They have a Fontana store too so convenient!!

I was charged $280 to receive a new screen with a thick black border. They also replaced my original S-pen with a generic one. Upon leaving suddenly my s pen that I had been using for the last month since I had broke my screen, No longer went inside my phone easily. The original S-pen says Samsung. This current pen says nothing. Beware of this company and remove any items from your phone before handing it over. ​
