Highly recommend supplying your own modem and looking up online for which ones have the Puma 6 and 7 chipset in order to avoid them. Also, the staff at the office don't even seem to know a thing about their hardware, including the names. I asked about the model and the guy just said 'we only have what they sent' and had to check himself before confirming it was one of the devices listed with the faulty chips. So I left and just hooked up my own, which is entirely doable and works just fine. This is the only ISP in my area unfortunately, and their speeds suck, but it's better than nothing.

However there seemed to be several miscommunications and errors made on the part of T-Mobile themselves and NOT the CSR Tim. I appreciated his direct communication with T-Mobile and making sure that the mistakes made on their end during the transaction were not an inconvenience to me. Even though the entire process took over 3 hours and even into the following day, Tim continued to deal with T-Mobile on the back end while making sure that I left the store that day with a functioning phone and he shouldered the entire transaction for me which I appreciated. I wanted to give 5 stars but I just couldn't due to the lengthy hassle caused entirely by T-Mobile themselves. I'm grateful for Tim's take-charge attitude and professionalism he maintained while dealing with difficult reps on T-Mobile's end. It's hard to find service like that these days and I wanted to make sure his 5 stars service was acknowledged. Thank you so much!!

I don't like white. I don't wear white clothes, jewelry or shoes. They didn't even have the decency to respond to my request to trade for the one that I wanted. I'm going to go ahead and say, in my experience, they SUCK! The cherry on top... I already ordered a clear case. Thankfully my husband was also ready for a new phone. Or "like new, refurbished, unlocked." But I got a brand new one in lemongrass on eBay for the same price. So, bottom line, if you are ordering a phone from this place I would recommend calling them. They don't answer messages, even when it's neutral. I was less angry and more bummed. Now, I don't really care that much, but will be very careful to NEVER order from them again.
