I lost 400.00 credit on my trade in and their mishandling of my phone cause the loss. I have insurance. My camera stopped working. They were to send me a replacement S23. They sent the wrong phone. So I returned it to them. I traded in my phone S23 for a new S25 same day. However being the camera was not working I did not get the 800.00 trade in. Had they sent me the right replacement and I traded that in, I would have got the full 800.00. This slight of hand allowed them to get a higher commission off my sale. Why I do get 400.00 for the trade, I lost 400.00 because of the mishandling of my trade in. Carelessness cost me 400.00 Had they just sent right phone, I never would have bought the newer S25. I do blame the store 1/2 because they knew the phone was wrong, ( it was a S23 just wrong carrier how that happened? no idea) And yet did not apply the full amount of my trade in. I went here because I lost my phone. My debit, credit cards, Apple Pay and the likes are unusable. So I spent the whole day working with Red. He is extremely patient with me and patient to check my I.D. like a 100 times. I think it was around 7pm that the transaction was finally over, I can't even pay because I need the phone to pay. Mr. Red waived the fee and I am extraordinarily thankful at a fault. I almost cried out of desperation but Mr. RED assured me that I can finally go home with a phone using a GPS. Showed up at Verizon at 9:30 because that's what their internet ad said. Open time was actually 10:00, but the guy inside wasn't really interested in opening at ten and was a couple minutes late. I explained to him I was in a hurry, but he said he would put some phones out on the floor and THEN help me. I explained that I had already wasted a half hour and he stated "that's not our problem what the ad says". He was dressed like a construction worker, shaved head with filthy pants and a dirty shirt. This guy is gonna be a joy to work with. I needed a refund on a phone and needed to get it done ASAP. He proceeded to ask my personal questions that were none of his business throughout the entire process. Once the exchange was done, I asked them to reactivate my old phone. They were basically clueless. They told me I had to call customer care which I then proceeded to do from the store and made them wait for their BS "restocking fee" until all my questions and concerns were answered, which took about twenty minutes of their time. The manager stood there, mostly silent throughout the entire process. I had the feeling he was scared of this employee and the intimidating way that he comes across. Finally after well over an hour, I left the store. I suggest that under no circumstances do you visit this store unless you like horrid service, completely disinterested and filthy employees, and have a lot of time to waste. read more

This particular Verizon store ( near Costco in Roseburg OR) had clerks that had no interest in helping us. There were three clerks in the store leaning on the counter, no customers in store at all. My husband and I walked in to get some help setting up a new iPhone.We were having an e sim issue. We were told they couldn't help us, because we purchased the phone online through Verizon we had to handle it through the online customer service. We then drove to the other Verizon store in town and they happily helped us. And this store only has one guy working! We will not return to the Verizon by Costco, nor recommend it to anyone!! read more

Was very pleased with the service at this location. Did a little looking into a Verizon plan at the local Costco, didn't get a good feel for the sales reps. Felt rushed. Went the fallowing day to this location & talked to a young woman Krystal. She didn't seem pushy, answered all my questions with confidence. Didn't feel rushed when other customers came into the store. She even gave me what seemed to be her personal or private extension if i had any issues when she wasn't available at work. Okay so let me say I love Verizon Wireless and most of the people at this location we're very nice but we were in there the other day and initially were pleased. But what we soon discovered was this is not the case. They ordered a phone on our account so we were not able to go anywhere else and get a phone till they canceled the order. We thought they were just ordering more phones for the store since they were out. The manager lied to my husband about the day the phone was shipped just to drag this whole thing out. Finally when my husband went in to check on the status of the phone the manager told him he had four phones the same model my husband wanted but wouldn't sell him one because it wasn't the phone he had ordered for us. So when Verizon sent out their survey I was honest and didn't give great reviews. So then the manager called me on his personal phone on his day off (while i was at work) and chewed me out for the poor review. He then demanded I return my phone I had purchased and take my business elsewhere. Which after that conversation I was glad to do. Oh but wait I still had to pay the $35 restocking fee even though he told me to return the phone! I have contacted cooperate and have been given compensation for his behavior. They are investigating this at this time. Every one who helped me today was great but I will not tolerate being yelled at for being honest! Do not use this store until they change management or risk being called and harrassed! read more
