Also, the automatic Windows 10 surprise upgrades have also caused problems. Jolene stays on top of those and has quickly fixed what Microsoft often screws up on my PC. Realizing that there are more unknown, surprise Windows 10 "upgrades" coming (with some even changing your default programs without permission), more agony of trying to figure out what has happened to your PC is a sure thing. You don't have the time nor knowledge depth to solve getting your PC back to an operational status.To combat those shutdowns, FTS offers a service plan at $35/month (1 year commitment for 2 computers). Maciej over the phone with his honest diagnosis from what I was telling him that was wrong by phone assured me in the most trusting way, this all can be fixed. Arriving at at CPR Cell Phone Repair I was greeted by Maciej a wonderful well-rounded and respectful young man, from there it just kept getting better and better. first of all, my phone wasn't charging it said, moisture detected and phone. Nobody could hear me when I use my speakerphone. My Zag screen, protector, and phone protector was well past due of replacement, living in Florence on the Coast, I would've had to go all the way to Portland to a kiosk in Washington Square to have them switched out with their lifetime warranty, which is second to none. Although Zag does not diagnose, fix or repair phones, but have a great products. An absolutely Zag always stands 100% behind their customers and products. Not knowing that CPR cell phone repair picks up as though you were at the kiosk in Washington Square and carries on their warranty, crazy cool I was next to having an triple birthday party with everyone I ever knew feeling. Maciej examine my phone immediately looked into my speaker and charging port and started cleaning after doing so he had me call him from another side of the store meanwhile on my speakerphone and had me talking in it and I could hear him from across the room, I can hear every word you say and then put the phone 15 feet at least away from me and he could still hear me clearly I was so happy. Coming back to the counter I explained to him I really need to get to Zag in Portland and get a new screen, cover and phone protector that was still under the lifetime on the phone warranty. Maciej I will take care of you here as though you're at the kiosk for we hand-in-hand work with Zag and carry on their warranty in store, absolutely the best experience I've had with this phone since the day I purchased it, Maciej educated me in the most respectful way of needing a stronger charging system for my phone, and the USB-C cables I needed one for my car one for my house and explained how the sea cables even charge better what an incredible young man could only hope the young people in this world could follow his example. Long story short ha ha, I walked out of the store and felt I just bought the brand new phone at Costco with one of the greatest salesman on earth feeling. The honesty and integrity of Maciej renews my faith in many of mankind who are still out there in this world. They didn't work, likely due to an operator error, so we made plans to stop by the next day during business hours. Sure enough, doing a soft reset (correctly) as he suggested the night before cleared the non-responsive screen problem. I also had him test a power brick for my iPad that hadn't charged the iPad over night. The testing showed it was good and the power port was fine. It apparently was a bad receptacle in the camper and worked after moving to a different outlet. All this and he refused to take any money, not even a tip.Great Service!!!

Came home, plugged it in, no internet connection, Bill called PC & Mac Solutions & they told him bring it back they would fix the issue...Home again plugged it in & still no connection to internet, called again..Bill said he wasn't happy & wanted his money back & the staff said that's not possible..in store credit only!!! We were given a name of another computer designer (John Cook) he was our HERO..he made this horrible fiasco with PC & Mac Solutions better! He KNEW what we needed & provided the service with a functional PC Tower...He also mentioned that the specifications we asked for weren't there w/PC Solutions Dell Tower. PLUS the tower wasn't cleared/cleaned of information from a previous owner!!WHAT???? WARNING...BE SURE YOU READ SIGNS (if they are placed in the store so they are visible) & ask questions-questions so you don't end up like we did! Feeling like we were taken advantage of!!! We aren't computer techies & we won't or need anything so their IN STORE CREDIT of $475 is in their favor surely NOT OURS! A couple months ago, my Marantz 2265 receiver just wasn't exciting me much anymore. It sounded kind…read moreof anemic. I wasn't sure if it was the receiver, if it always sounded that way, or if it was my ears. Then the left channel went out. My first thought was, time to get the L channel repaired and list it on eBay. So I took it to Cityview to get repaired. Tai (the owner, I think) called me back the very next day and gave me the diagnosis, repair time, and total cost, all of which seemed completely reasonable. The time frame was a few weeks, but only because he needed to order a part, otherwise it would have been finished within a week or two. After he called to inform me it was finished and ready for pick-up, I brought it home, hooked it up, tossed Dark Side of the Moon (good test lp because of the low lows, high highs, and soaring midrange crescendos) side A on the turntable, and was so shaken (literally, the walls were shaking, and figuratively) by the massive and rich sound (that only 70s receivers can deliver) filling the room that I instantly declared that I will never sell this receiver. With just a few repairs, Tai restored my machine to its glory days. Turns out the receiver was getting sick before the L channel went out, and then I realized vintage gear like this needs a periodic check-up and tune-up. Tai's rates are VERY reasonable. If you have some vintage gear in need of a simple servicing or bigger repair, Tai at Cityview is the guy! I have another vintage piece I'm already planning to take down there after work this week.
