After my experience, I believe that this is the kind of security most people need---what is sold over the counter may be what they THINK they are getting---but not what they NEED. They automatically went with this company and sent the request to them. Within half an hour I was contacted for my availability, and once I provided it they scheduled it immediately. They came out this afternoon and did the locks for three doors, six locks total which is the max the warranty covers. Our locksmith's name was Alex and he was super friendly. He arrived on time and was polite from start to finish. He explained the whole process to me and told me how the old locks worked and how the new ones will work since they were built differently. He took his time with his work but still got it done faster than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. He made sure I tested the new locks with the new keys so I could be sure everything was all good, and it was. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The scheduling was painless and fast and the technician arrived within the estimated window. I was also notified when he was on his way and I was able to track his progress so I could tell when he would arrive. I'm not sure why other people had bad experiences in the past, but my experience was nothing short of perfect.
