T-Mobile has merged with Sprint so they covered, according to their sign, 99% of Americans. That sounded pretty good plus they were moving to 5G. We've been with T-Mobile for a couple years again and are pretty happy with the service. We are in Oregon again and they cover most of Douglas County. We even have 5GUC so it's working well. Despite having a really bad problem in Florida but it has been resolved. The service in Oregon has been good-once they got the towers fixed for 5G. I do recommend T-Mobile and will be with them for a while.

Their hardware supply is frankly awful, they have modems using a…read moreknown faulty chipset from Intel called Puma, which have been shown to cause latency and connection issues. Highly recommend supplying your own modem and looking up online for which ones have the Puma 6 and 7 chipset in order to avoid them. Also, the staff at the office don't even seem to know a thing about their hardware, including the names. I asked about the model and the guy just said 'we only have what they sent' and had to check himself before confirming it was one of the devices listed with the faulty chips. So I left and just hooked up my own, which is entirely doable and works just fine. This is the only ISP in my area unfortunately, and their speeds suck, but it's better than nothing.

First of all the truth does not dwell with in this company…read more We were promised satellite texting and within a short time satellite calling when cell service was not available. This was a complete and utter lie. Worst of all is the service charges. We payed our phones off early and adjusted our service plan to lower the monthly price that was $162 and change. That price adjustment lasted just last three months . The new monthly price was $70.03 when we paid off the phone and adjusted the service plan. Over the last three months with no overages or new products purchased and no service increases now the bill is $123.28. I have no doubt that next month it will increase yet again. This is what happens when you conduct business with a company that has no integrity. I cannot recommend strongly enough that if you are shopping for cellular service do not do business with T-Mobile. The only reason I gave them a one star rating is due to the fact that there is no rating lower on Yelp.
