T-Mobile has merged with Sprint so they covered, according to their sign, 99% of Americans. That sounded pretty good plus they were moving to 5G. We've been with T-Mobile for a couple years again and are pretty happy with the service. We are in Oregon again and they cover most of Douglas County. We even have 5GUC so it's working well. Despite having a really bad problem in Florida but it has been resolved. The service in Oregon has been good-once they got the towers fixed for 5G. I do recommend T-Mobile and will be with them for a while.

I had to replace my phone and my customer service rep Tim went above and beyond to make sure that…read moremy new phone exchange from my iPhone 15 to iPhone 17 went as smooth as possible. However there seemed to be several miscommunications and errors made on the part of T-Mobile themselves and NOT the CSR Tim. I appreciated his direct communication with T-Mobile and making sure that the mistakes made on their end during the transaction were not an inconvenience to me. Even though the entire process took over 3 hours and even into the following day, Tim continued to deal with T-Mobile on the back end while making sure that I left the store that day with a functioning phone and he shouldered the entire transaction for me which I appreciated. I wanted to give 5 stars but I just couldn't due to the lengthy hassle caused entirely by T-Mobile themselves. I'm grateful for Tim's take-charge attitude and professionalism he maintained while dealing with difficult reps on T-Mobile's end. Had they sent me the right replacement and I traded that in, I would have got the full 800.00. This slight of hand allowed them to get a higher commission off my sale. Why I do get 400.00 for the trade, I lost 400.00 because of the mishandling of my trade in. Carelessness cost me 400.00 Had they just sent right phone, I never would have bought the newer S25. I do blame the store 1/2 because they knew the phone was wrong, ( it was a S23 just wrong carrier how that happened? no idea) And yet did not apply the full amount of my trade in. I have been on the phone with Customer service for over 7 hours and have literally gotten nowhere! The guys in the store are cool and all but I feel like I have traded shitty cell service for shittier customer service! If I could go back in time I would not have switched. This was a complete and utter lie. Worst of all is the service charges. We payed our phones off early and adjusted our service plan to lower the monthly price that was $162 and change. That price adjustment lasted just last three months . The new monthly price was $70.03 when we paid off the phone and adjusted the service plan. Over the last three months with no overages or new products purchased and no service increases now the bill is $123.28. I have no doubt that next month it will increase yet again. This is what happens when you conduct business with a company that has no integrity. I cannot recommend strongly enough that if you are shopping for cellular service do not do business with T-Mobile. The only reason I gave them a one star rating is due to the fact that there is no rating lower on Yelp.
