I went to the store to ask about mobile service. After waiting 20 minutes in line and still being…read more#10 in line, I left and went to run some errands and returned. When I returned I signed back in, waited another 15 minutes and was finally called up. The super helpful rep tells me that if I have questions on the international plans I can look online because there was too much information for them to share in person. Then I asked about checking to see if my phone could be added to the plan and he said I had call Tech support and gave me their number. I walked out and called technical support. They shared that my phone could be added and that the locations have a number to call with those kinds of questions. So going into this location is really worthless. They are going to tell you where you go and get the information you want and do not appear interested in helping answering questions. Really a waste of time to wait around just to be told someone else on the phone can help because it gets you out of their store and no longer their program. I would say Horrible Customer Service but there is actually no customer service. Their service has always been worthless but this just solidified that Spectrum really does not care about their customer. Then they replied to me telling me to go to Facebook to share my experience and someone can help. On Facebook they tell me that they cannot see anything from any other sites and that they have systems that reply to people. So they don't actually want to address concerns - just keep sending you through their various systems hoping that people will give up all the while, publicly looking like they care.

This store has Several Problems and only given Stupid Answers:…read more1) It Does Not Have ANY handicap parking outside! Theres Only 2 spaces and it's actually in front of the store 3 doires down! They say that's the towns fault, when asked if they ever asked or applied to add more handicap parking cuz people are waiting for those spots & was told (by the store manager) that it's up to Spectrum corp to apply and NOT UP TO THE STORE TO APPLY! 2) It Does Not have ANY door assistance ( a button to press to open the door nor have light weight easy to open doors) so if your older or disabled it's hard to get into the store. 3) Want to pay your bill, exchange or turn in equipment? Hope you got nothing planned cuz you'll be waiting for couple of hours. Where you sign in looks more like you're signing in to ask about phones! 4) The machine to pay your bill ( so you don't have to wait in line) Doesn't Work and Never Has! 5) Told by the counter person that can only pay monthly bill with cash or check & only take debit or charge card to set up auto pay account. 6) IDEAS ; ~ drop box @ desk to take payments and mail or email receipts will be done later after the store closes or whenever the ~ have 1 person doing ONLY PAYENTS! and whenever free during the day, they mail or email payment receipts will be done ~ have 3 people ONLY doing exchanges, upgrade or downgrade ~ have 2 people doing new customers cell phones or home services. ~ Irregardless of who's is responsible for handicap parking spots, need more. If the store manager & Spectrum corp can not convince the town or the plaza owners that it's needed (and part of the Americans with Disabilities Act) then maybe people should take their business elsewhere.

My spouse and I spent two and a half hours here (3:00 PM - 5:30 PM) yesterday waiting for service…read more During that long wait, my spouse was repeatedly refused access to the restroom by employees Steven and Ecen. This is a 5,500+ sq. ft. retail building--it is legally required by NY State Plumbing Code (Section 403.3) to provide facilities for patrons, especially those you've kept in the store for hours. My spouse was forced to walk to the Marriott next door just to find a restroom. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers. Avoid this location if you expect basic decency. I have filed a formal complaint with the town code enforement office as well. Outside of this I will note that the fill in manager (I did not catch his name) from the webster store was a great service and otherwise saved them from loosing my account.

First of all a restroom for customers would be nice ,and more comfortable chairs not half chairs…read more.There something fishy going on at that store they open the rear office door and it sounds like a call center. I tried to reach out to that store via phone and always went to Apple call center . ( Something is up just saying.) Just a uncomfortable feeling. By the time it was said and done with everything [4 visits or more waited 10 days 1 reason is I got locked out of my Iphone 16 pro max and the main Reason was waiting for 17 pro max to come in. Anyways Walked out confused and pissed. Never again!! The lady manager and her team seem shady for some reason.
