I'm not the most tech savvy, and David was patient, understanding, and extremely helpful! He explained everything so even someone like myself could understand what I was purchasing. I had the absolute best experience at this Verizon TCC store at 3159 Route 9 S, Unit 5 in Rio Grande, NJ 08242-1012. In summary, Blake and David provided phenomenal service on both occasions that I was in the store, they helped me find discounts, make sure I was totally satisfied with the products and services, and made sure that I was able to utilize and operate my phone efficiently. I'll provide some more details on their excellent customer services below. You should definitely go to this location to get help from Blake and David and you will be very pleased with your products and services. On my first arrival in the store on a Saturday morning, I was greeted very friendly by Blake, who helped me immediately so that I could just to see what offerings they might have for a cell phone upgrade. I shared with Blake that I usually have challenges with my phone upgrades due to many apps, links with Ring Alarm, my bank, Investments, my employer and many emails, photos and contacts. Blake helped me address my concerns and showed me the products and services that could be provided. Blake was also able to help me on the spot to order the phone I really wanted, but he helped me talk through the differences between a 13 mini and (that I preferred) and the regular 13 that had much better battery life (which was a major concern of mine). He also helped me to realize that the iPhone 13 would be free for me, since I hadn't upgraded my phone in a very long time. I also wasn't really sure what colors I wanted in the phone and in the protector case, and he and his manager helped me work through the different options and scenarios. They also helped me order the screen protector and find other discounts and specials. I walked out of the store very happy and knew that the specific phone I ordered would arrive in 2 business days (since they didn't have my color/ phone in the stock room). I went back 2 days later and was greeted by David who helped me, and even stayed later that evening to help me get my phone transferred. He helped me to ensure all of my back-ups, emails, work connections, calendar and apps were all working properly, and he helped install the screen protector and helped me find a new fun case that also had the rear handle included so you can hold or prop up your phone, which was very handy, David let me hold onto my old phone in case I ran into any issues and advised that I just had to return it in less than 30 days or I would be charged for it. David also said that I could return the other cell phone cover case that the store had mailed to my house, since I found one on site in the store that I liked even better. In summary, Blake and David, and the manager at the Verizon TCC Store at 3159 Route 9 S, Unit 5 in Rio Grande was absolutely the BEST Verizon phone upgrade experience that I have ever had. I highly recommend this store and I highly recommend these fine gentleman who provided such great customer service! Thank you Blake and David!!! This is the worst Verizon store I have ever been in my life. I've been in a lot of stores in the 13.5 years with Verizon. The only employee there wouldn't help me because "he hates dealing with customer service", didn't care my phone had no service. I end up fixing it myself. What a joke of a store. read more

This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. We walked in and immediately the employee told us to calm down, which was completely unprompted. After telling him about the issue with the phone, he told us there was nothing he could do about it and offered zero guidance on what to do. Now we are stuck in wildwood until we return home without a working phone! read more

We stopped in because our Samsung had stopped charging. Rep tried plugging it in to store charger for a few seconds then told us the charging port was shot and we would need a new phone. We were entitled to a new phone so we asked about an iPhone. He told us the cheapest iPhone would cost about an additional $25 per month. We asked him how much our current phone was per month. He said he did not know, yet somehow he knew the iPhone would cost $25 more. We passed. Did a little online research and based on that bought a can of compressed air. Blew out the port and the phone is charging fine right now. Will avoid this store in the future. read more

DO NOT go to this store. First, go to a corporate owned store for more knowledgeable staff and better service with Verizon. The manager(Shaun)of the store mis-represented himself 6 times in my requests to get information. Watch out for a snarky female employee who was so rude to an elderly couple that I asked her "is there anything wrong" before she calmed down. Although the gentleman that got my phone up and running was pleasant, he did not wipe the phone completely. I had to go to a corporate store to get the phone ready for shipping for my $650 credit. A corporate store will take the trade-in at location without going thru a 2 month waiting period and sending the phone back to Verizon. read more
