I stopped by last week with five pairs of specs and the optician who assisted me was absolutely fantastic. He had a ton of patience. He looked up the benefits of my vision insurance and I walked away spending far less than I was prepared to spend. He even convinced me to buy another frame. I absolutely loved my experience with this location. I was happy that I could bring frames I bought from a recent trip and they could assist me with no hassle. I highly recommend this location. Again, I write to give this store a 5-star rating due to the outstanding service by the Manager, Chris. He is consistently welcoming, courteous, happy to share his knowledge, experience and help! We have a home about 5 miles away but always go to this store for our eye glass needs - even if it is a small adjustment (which happens often with me.) I am overwhelmed bt the amazing service I received here today! I was on vacation down the shore when my glasses broke at the hinge. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get them fixed until I got back home or that if I found a place, it would take a long time. We called Pearle Vision and they said to bring them in and they would see what they can do. Jim helped us out at the store. He took the glasses and was able to get them fixed in under 5 minutes! He also cleaned the lenses. When we tried to pay, they said that it was FREE! We did not purchase the glasses here, nor have I ever even been to a Pearle Vision. This did not stop them from helping me out and providing me with 5 star customer service. I am not a Pearle Vision customer, but now I certainly will be! My frames were broken beyond repair, but they found a pair of frames that fit my lenses and I was in/out in less than 30 minutes with a new pair of frames. While away for the weekend my husband's glasses broke. We did not think they could be fixed and were concerned that we may may need to purchase a new frame that hopefully his lenses would fit into. We went into this Pearle vision center store and a woman named Diana was working. She told us we did not have as big of a problem as we thought we did and that she could fix them. She said come back in about 20 minutes. We did some other shopping in the same shopping area and went back and she had them completely repaired! She was so kind and did not charge us anything. The store is very clean and there appears to be a large assortment of frames. But Diana's customer service and professionalism were exemplary! read more

Dr Kerper and the rest of the staff are great! Their prices and discounts are comparable to most retail eyeglass places. This is a friendly place that repaired my broken glasses, gave my eye exam and gave me a great deal on quality frames (that should withstand my toddler now;). I probably won't see them until I need my next eye exam but they're worth it. read more

Today I needed help having a pair of glasses (which were not purchased at Pearl Vision) repaired. Chris Hutton, the store manager, repaired the frames of the glasses which had been damaged by my husband when he recently fell. Chris wouldn't let me pay for the repair. His reply to my offer was no charge. I so appreciated his professional and cheerful demeanor. I came into the store stressed and left happy with my encounter of a person who personifies customer service. Pearl Vision will be my go to store for my glasses and eye exams from now on. I don't usually write reviews for doctors, but I wanted to give credit where credit's due to Dr. Brian Kerper. I have been going to Dr. Kerper for years and he really encouraged me to go and get LASIK surgery - even though that ultimately meant Pearle Vision would be missing out on me buying contact lenses. I finally bit the bullet and got LASIK done this past Friday. Dr. Kerper called me this morning to see how the surgery went for me and how my eyes were feeling. I thought that was so nice of him to check in on me. He was genuinely excited that everything had gone well. I am actually really sad that I have to find a new eye doctor since I'll be making an official move to Philadelphia in a few months. I highly recommend going to this Pearle Vision just to see Dr. Kerper! He's truly the best in the area. read more

I was on vacation, ran out of disposable contacts, and the fine folks at this Pearl Vision helped me to get my prescription from on file at one of their other locations and provided me with a few pairs to help me get through the weekend FOR FREE! The Doctor was fine and did an excellent job. But I was quoted $199.95 for glasses after my insurance. I went to Horizon and got them with more "extras" for $46.20! Shame on you Pearle I will tell everyone I know to stay away. read more

The office has the warmest feeling and it's truly a pleasure doing business with them.
