We walked in and there were no other customers and a full staff yet no one was willing to greet and help us. They were all speaking Spanish and no one was talking to us. We would ask a simple question that would lead them to conversing in Spanish for 5 minutes before we could get a response. We were not taken seriously. They would stop helping us and just start laughing and joking with each other all in Spanish like we weren't there. They insisted I had to get a new phone to switch to T-Mobile or else my phone wouldn't work... Which I used to work at AT&T and that's not a thing. The other phone provider will bill you for what's left on your phone but they won't shut your phone down. I was so done dealing with them I just ended up getting the new phone to be on my new husbands plan and it ended up being a 5 hour nightmare!!! Switching my phone took 5 hours!!!! Such a nightmare!!!
