They wouldn't let him do It in person in Colorado or over the phone they wanted me to drive 9 hours to fix it. He came today in Utah with me and my wife to fix it. The people in store told him they couldn't do anything about it and he needed to call costcos branch because it's own thing through AT&T which he was told Differently. He spent 3 hours on the phone after being told in store that he would be credited 250 dollars because he got over charged due to the fact AT&T removed him from the plan. He calls the number that was given, all the people just kept transferring and transferring. None of the staff on the phone knew what to do. So because they didn't know what to do they just blamed him. Which is very disappointing. They will be losing customers soon. Do not join AT&T

I took it to Alex, who dropped everything and immediately started working on my phone. I was able to pick it up on my way home from work the same day. Even more impressive, Alex could have gouged me for the replacement of an expensive component, but he didn't. He charged me $25 for cleaning and reconnecting components on the USB board, which was more than fair - especially for same-day service. I haven't purchased any accessories from them yet, but they certainly had a wide variety of phone cases, headphones, chargers, etc. The prices seemed very reasonable - especially vs. the Apple Store, AT&T, etc. Great service and no pretense. They're located just North of Wienerschnitzel on State Street in Orem. Stop off and give them a try!

I want to be clear that the store itself is great and the managers/assistant managers are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wish I could give a review for specific employees, though I doubt Sabrina's and Hailey's reading levels are high enough to understand this review anyway. So, I had the iPhone 8 and went into the store asking about any trade-in deals they had. Hailey told me AT&T can offer $800 off the new iPhone 13, which was being sold for $800, so if I pay sales tax, the phone is free. They set me up with an account and told me my new phone was on its way in the mail. The phone didn't arrive in the allotted time so I went back in, just for Hailey and Sabrina both to say "we can't do anything. Call our customer service number". I called customer service and, after being on hold for a while, they were able to solve my problem pretty quickly. My phone finally arrives, so I go back to the store to trade in my 8. I handed it to them and Sabrina says, "we can't take this. The back glass is cracked." I was very frustrated because the crack was obvious. It was a huge, spider-web-looking series of cracks on the back glass of the phone. You can't miss it. They said to take it to a phone repair store. Once I bring it back fixed, they can take it. So I get it fixed for $100. When I got there today, the regional manager is there (because Hailey and Sabrina apparently didn't show up for their scheduled shift.) The manager tells me AT&T never had any kind of promotion like the one I was told. The most I can get would be $350 off for trade-in. If had known that, I would not have chosen the new iPhone 13! The incompetence between Hailey and Sabrina is so baffling, I'm surprised they haven't been fired yet.

I stopped by at around 2:00 P.M. and it was busy. I was promptly greeted, explained that I was in the market for a new plan, and was put in the queue but never told how long I could expect to wait. After about 20 minutes, I told the gentleman who greeted me that I needed to get back to work but would return later than night. When I returned, the store had settled down and I was promptly greeted by a salesman and asked questions. I explained my current family plan, our needs going forward, and asked for options. The salesmen quoted me something like $190 for 4 lines, unlimited phone and data. I showed him an offer from T-Mobile but he wouldn't match it or offer anything to compensate. The phones were even more expensive. He tried to tell me that by charging more Verizon could put that money back into improving its network (as if). He wouldn't even waive the activation fees, which T-Mobile would also do. Verizon just didn't offer any compelling reason to sign up, which is fine. The real reason for my low review is because in the middle of our conversation, another Verizon employee interrupted us and asked the salesman helping me various questions on behalf of his customer. My salesman was pulled away for a few minutes to help this other customer. I found this to be a bit rude and inconsiderate of my time.

They said they wouldn't switch it out and that I would have to take it and return it if I wanted a new one. The main issue here was the face that the employees didn't seem to have a problem with the fact that the "new" phone that they were giving to me looked like this and just told me that it was worth $1. When I walked into the store, the Cricket salesperson was in an argument with the salesperson from the store next door because DoorDash had delivered her food to the wrong location, but the Cricket employee said had taken out the food, played with it, and then thrown it away. She would not do anything to help the lady from the neighboring shop get a refund or help to correct future deliveries. I should have known at that point that she was not a nice person, but in addition to not being nice, she did not know what she was doing. She set up my plan incorrectly and explained the features to me incorrectly. When we went back in to ask for help, she said she would not help us because she had not been trained for that. She said to get online and ask the chatbot. Her colleagues were no more knowledgeable nor helpful than she was. Cricket Wireless has never been ideal because of their limited services, but this was more than that. It was a huge waste of my time and money.
