When I tried to return a phone just three days after purchase, he told me it couldn't be done because it required a manager's code or authorization. Instead of assisting, he rushed us out of the store and even claimed we "might not" be able to return it at all -- despite telling us at purchase that we had 30 days. To make matters worse, Josh pushed the idea that we wouldn't be able to use the old phone again and would "have" to upgrade to a newer iPhone, clearly just to secure another sale for himself. Completely dishonest and manipulative. Thankfully, when I returned today, a different employee (not even a manager) was able to process the return without any issue. She even admitted Josh probably just didn't want to deal with it. That says everything you need to know about how this store operates -- liars, rude, and unprofessional. Avoid this location if you value honesty and real customer service.
