Nice people, nice prices. I had a pair of Adidas slides fall apart in less than a month. They were unable to help with an exchange or credit since I no longer had my receipt, only the charge on my CC statement. I contacted the customer service Email, and Wow were they helpful. They located my receipt from my CC details I provided. Emailed, and then called me back that day. The district manager contacted the store with the info she found and smoothed the way for replacements. I don't blame the store personnel, since I didn't have the receipt (but I didn't expect the shoes to fall apart so fast). But they have a long time customer from here on out. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and supportive padded shoes and slides to avoid walking barefoot are critical. I find their Sketchers and firm foam slides just the ticket. THANKS AGAIN. read more

Burlington Shoes is a wonderful place to look for shoes, purses, boot or sandals. They always have a great selection and 90 percent of the time they have my size. I wear a 10 ladies and you would be surprised how many other places don't carry that size. The employees are always friendly and helpful. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! I walk in with my baby in my arms and a smile on my face and the first words I hear from the manager is "we close in 2 minutes". I hurried to buy my work shoes and as soon as I got remotely close to the front of the store she said "are you ready?" It was extremely rufe. Another employee unlocked the door after I checked out and didn't bother to even hold the door open for us instead just stood back to let me open it with my bag and baby in my hands.
