Avoid this store. I got nothing but misinformation. Verizon Victra is not a Verizon corporate store, and their prices are more expensive than those found on the Verizon website. I recently purchased an Iphone XR days before the Iphone 11 was released, so I wanted to return my phone within the upgrade period because I assumed the price on the XR would be reduced. But I was told (erroneously it turns out) by store employees that the price on the XR would not drop.
Days later, when the Verizon website was offering my identical Iphone XR for $160 less, I tried to return the XR. An employee told me the cheaper price was only available if I purchased a second phone or second line. I then spoke with Verizon reps at Bestbuy and a Verizon corporate store and was told this was not so. Unfortunately, by this time, the Victra store had closed. If I had gone to Bestbuy or ordered the phone from the Verizon website, I would have got the XR for much less money. I WILL NEVER USE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND VICTRA.
