My son turned in 30 blue rays and was offered 60.00 in cash or 100.00 store credit, so I bought the machine and gave my son the cash took the machine home, and it didn't work. The manager told me in the store that he could get another one in 55 minutes. I called and informed them it is not working the Same day. They offered me a top loader for $100.00 more than told me they were picking me up another one, then told all 7 stores do not have one, and I can play some other thing till they find one. They said they would buy it off eBay if they had to call back on 10/23. Told they are waiting to pick up a machine. I could have bought it off eBay myself . It was not my fault that their product did not work, and they should have refunded me. I live 90 minutes away, got fed up with calling, gave my son the credit on 10/24. No apology or acknowledgment. Just gave me my credit . While the young black man who works there was pleasant and helpful, my son and I found the other man white black hair to be extremely cold and rude. As a retired ex-store owner, whoever hired him should rethink it. I will never shop there again. If it were my customer, I would have returned the money. Pathetic to put a customer through this and treat them like this .

My friend went to the restroom and came back wanting to leave because there was no t.p., but I went and got a young man who had the good grace to be embarrassed and to fix it promptly. I bought three books and got a very nicely prepared cup of coffee at the JoeMuggs area. The franchise has reduced the offerings at the area, but I was always a cup of coffee kind of person anyway. The cashier had to go across to a different register to preorder the new Prince Harry book for me, but it was handled efficiently and I got a reduced preorder price which included shipping to my home and is significantly less than I would have paid on Amazon (I checked). So, it was a pleasant visit to what is more bookstore than toy store and I saved a few bucks. Very nice.

At least half the slides were out of focus and not a clear and sharp picture, when looking at the slides through my slide projector at home were sharp and clear. The owner and his wife were very nice and friendly as was some of the older staff, but some of his younger workers needed some serious remedial training in how to deal with customers. Last time I was in there this black kid with short dreadlocks, just kept staring at me from behind the counter and not once did he say "can I help you?" A short time later, I saw him jacking his jaws with another employee and by this time I had enough. I walked out the door, went to my vehicle in the parking lot and ordered right then and there what I needed from Amazon.com. Two days later I got it and Amazon and Ebay is where I pretty much buy all my hobby supplies now.

Got to the framing department where Emily was there to help us get a picture framed. We used an off the shelf frame due to the vast selection of frames available. We thought we would have to leave it and pick it up another day, but, Emily said it would be ready in 20 minutes, and it was. The price was very reasonable. It is already hung in out home.
