Asurion told me to bring it to a Att store they will help you. Well I did and this store shunned me away told me to go to u break it or fix it company and it will cost me money or geek squad I'm thinking why? You guys could fix this? ITSWhy would the ATT Asurion representative tell me to go to your store to Fix it? The young lady did not want to deal with it they were not busy there was no line they didn't have any customers really it was slow. I went to u break it you fix it the manager used to work for ATT and he told me that that store should of fixed it and all he did was took a SIM card out and changed a few things and that was it and transfer my daughters apps and pictures. He did not charge me but I did buy an otter box because he suggested it. I've been with ATT for a number of years switched from C SPIRE I'm about to switch back to CSPIRE. Upon return (with my cone in hand) Ashley talked us through plan options until Jermaine (our attendant) was ready. Jermaine was also excellent in explaining our options and ultimately syncing our accounts and guiding the hubs through the upgrade process. The Schillinger store was clutch and the service was excellent! Three cheers for Ashley & Jermaine for being our AT&T store heroes!

They took my trade-in phone and held it for almost 2 weeks before sending it back to the ATT warehouse. The warehouse received it after the 30 day time limit. Because of this ATT refused to give me my trade-in credits. I tried to resolve this at the store but they gave me the run a round, telling me that I should have returned the phone to Samsung. This was a lie which was confirmed by ATT and Samsung. I even have one of the store employees on recording stating that he knew who made the mistake and that i had done everything correctly. I was told several times that the store manager Robert Evans would return my call. He never did and I assume he never will. This store is very unprofessional and I do not recommend going there. You will get screwd over.

The representative assisting me confirmed that there was an issue with the phone. Initially I wanted to exchange it but, the rep asked the manager, Lidia, for assistance with the return and she was so rude I no longer wanted to exchange the phone. I simply asked for a refund. This is when the transaction went left. After requesting a refund all of a sudden they couldn't process the return. However, when I wanted to exchange the device I received smiles, kicks, & giggles. I was told that I had to return the device via USPS bc I placed a curbside order, which was the only option bc of Covid, and they couldn't find the last four digits of the card I made the payment with. It made absolutely no sense. After calling customer service and speaking to 3 different reps I was advised that their reason for not processing the return wasn't valid. In order to avoid confrontation I went to the Schillinger road location and the young man processed the return and also told me that the Tillman's corner location simply didn't want to process the return. I was completely disgusted. I have been a customer with At&t for 15 years and I have never received such poor customer service. This isn't the first incident I've had at this location but due to covid this was the closest and I thought I would have a different experience this time. I was WRONG.
