The mechanic saw me an elderly woman coming in for an oil change & break pads for front passenger breaks. They charged me over $300 & then told me I needed a new caliper. Then he called Heritage & they promised to send my part to Fast Lube. All of this after they charged my card for $250. Fast Lube said they never got the part. Heritage said they delivered it. They sent me a picture of an open box sitting in front of a closed bey door. No writing on the box to prove it was from them & nothing on the wall or bay doo saying where they took it. I called Heritage & the guy refused to refund my money fo a part he says was delivered. I have since taken my car to the dealership only to be told I did not need a new caliper as there was nothing wrong with the old one. The manager at Fast Lube said he would call the owner & get this straightened out. After numerous calls & visits to both businesses I have still not gotten my money. Apparently these people care nothing about their reputation. But then, liars never do.

Logo's once on the door, after being removed, bleed thru new paint with their outline, as the glue affects future paint coverings, unless you strip the door down to metal, re prime and apply finish coat and hardener. Had this been made known, I would have offered less on the door. Additionally the electrical switches for the window were toast. I don't as of this writing know if the lock and window actuators work...... So when I questioned the lack of disclosure, requesting a $75 credit from Heritage to Ebay, Heritage accused me of fraud. Looked online for part numbers and prices. WOW filter for the truck is less than 5 bucks. I can get both the Toyota and Lexus filter here, as well as the oil priced fair. Didn't complete online purchase as I will just stop by and get them while I am on that side of town, no need for delivery. Dude behind the counter let me know that price is online only, OK so, I will just complete online purchase and be done. No not possible, on Saturday online purchase won't be completed in the system, gotta wait until Monday. Really? What kind of bullshit is this? I gotta wait 2 days for the online price discount to save a whopping 2.05? No problem, I will just go get a filter somewhere, anywhere else. FYI I spent 15 bucks at auto parts store. This online price point to drive business to the door just blew up in their face, as you can tell I will spend 3 times the money to do business elsewhere. I suppose customer service has left the building COMPLETELY. I would hate to think I lost a customer over 2 bucks because I am sure they spend more than that on advertising to get a shot at selling a truck, but what do I know? I would have given the damn filter to a customer to "earn" the opportunity to sell a vehicle, but I am in sales and make my living in commission and I didn't mention my upcoming purchase potential because that's not how I do things. Sat there for my usual 2 hours only for them to tell me the battery was good. He recommended that I returned to have my alternator checked. I'm past pissed off because that could've been done during those two hours!! All of my service has been done with Toyota!!!!! Everything including tires and oil changes. Only after I popped the hood did they really clean the battery which had corrosion to it. The service has gone to pure trash. Makes me Never want another Toyota
