Don't waste your time, unless you have several hours to spend. I was there to simply exchange a phone case that was sent to me in error from Verizon. They put us on a waiting list, 45 minutes later they managed to help one of the 5 people ahead of us. Heading to Best Buy now where they actually have a cashier. Buy online or head to apple store (it will be faster). read more

I usually HATE having to go to the Verizon store for anything but I was having charger issues and was forced to run in on my lunchbreak today. They put my name on the listwhich is typical protocol and I expected to be there for at least an hour. Fortunately one of the guys working there helped me right away because I only had the charger and his current customer was waiting on a download on a new device. This employee helped me right away, let me test the charger before leaving the store and truly went above and beyond in customer service. I was so impressed with the ease and helpfulness of my visit I didn't catch the employees name. He wasn't a store manager but I think his nametag said something about a solutions team lead? Anyways he certainly made my day and I will be less hesitant to head to the store for future phone issues! :) read more

I stopped by at this location a few days ago to have a few questions answered about coming over to Verizon. The staff here was excellent! I was greeted right away when I walked in and the gentleman answered all the questions I had! He also brought my daughter a iPad so she can play while he helped us out! Nick Sanchez was amazing! Had a awesome smile and cheerful attitude the entire time he helped me! I'm a sarcastic person so I gave him a hard time about a couple of things and he just shrugged it off with a smile, a joke and laughter! It was the best service I have ever received at a Verizon store! He was very knowledgeable, yet willing to admit and check on the one small detail he didn't know. I am always impressed with someone who's clearly proficient but yet humble enough to know they don't know everything! He answered all of my questions quickly, tried to sell me needed accessories including AirPods which I wanted to buy from him because he was so nice and convincing but amazon has them for less. Plus I'm still deciding on them or I would have bought them from him on the spot! I can tell Nick is an awesome guy and was supper impressed with him! Clearly he is going places! If there were an option for lower rating I would go that direction. The reasons are many: 1) Vahan ("customer service" allegedly) was less than helpful. Lied about price, lied about availability, lied about options. 2) Manager confirmed item in stock, but would not sell as 'inventory not checked in.' 3) was told could still get sale price if came back the next day when 'inventory checked in.' When arrived to make purchase was told would NOT honor that price. 4) Basically amongst the biggest jack-asses on the planet. If you enjoy being lied to and being jerked around, well then this is the store for you. However, if you appreciate honesty and being upfront about sales and service then you should run away from this place. AGAIN, VAHAN is a liar - do NOT do business with him. read more

I've been a Verizon wireless customer since 2001. Generally it's been pretty good. But I've been paying $278 a month for my phone and my family. I think that's way too much. So I called him in August and asked if they could give me a better deal somewhere around hundred and $30 a month. They said they could... When I had it all set up. I waited until I got my bill next month and it was still for $278. I called them back in early September, I got the same deal for $130 and we got disconnected. The next person refused to give me any deal. The next person, Give me the $130 deal and it was all set up. I waited for my next bill, it was still $270. I contacted them again and they said wait until the next bill. I waited for the next bill and it was still $270. So I talked to the manager who said he would submit a request for the $130 bill. It was a nice guy and said they would email me back when they knew if the request was granted. They were supposed to email me two days later, four days later I called him after having gotten no email. They're not keeping very good written records. And frustration now I'm shopping around for another cell phone provider. Meantime, I feel like I've been ripped off about $300 in lost money that I could've saved if I had switched to AT&T or T-Mobile. It's a shame because I was a good customer for all those years. They bend over backwards to make deals for new customers and don't do anything for the customers that have been loyal! read more

Absolutely worst customer service. My account notated I was eligible for an upgrade, but the saleswoman said I wasn't. I attempted to show her the information on my account and didn't even glance at it. I left the store since she had no interest in solving the issue. Called customer service and they mailed my new phone within 15 minutes. read more

I believe that everyone understands the risk of buying phones from people over the internet. However, I very seldom meet someone that has an issue. I bought a brand new iPhone 8 Plus from someone online, met him in person to retrieve it. Not to mention, this was on my birthday. I asked him for the imei and checked it on multiple websites. It was unlocked and not reported lost/stolen. Payed $650 for it. He told me it was paid off. I trusted he was telling he truth or that he would use the money I just gave him to pay it off. That was in April, now in end of July, I return home from a trip and my phone IMEI number is blocked. I go to the Apple store to see if they can tell me which carrier it's locked to. It's T Mobile. (I don't have T-Mobile. I have Tracfone, through AT&T) So I head over to the T-Mobile store to see if they can help me out. They look up the phone and find out the dude hasn't paid on the phone in months. I asked if they can call him (it is their responsibility to contact their customers, since they sold him the phone.) or if they can help me out in any way(ex: if I opened up a line with t-mobile, just transfer the remaining balance. I worked very hard to save up for this phone.) they said no, Which I understand there's things you can't help a customer with. But here's what really set me off, the lady told me that I am "not very smart" for buying a phone over the internet because there are risks. She kept bringing that up throughout the conversation, making me feel like an idiot. She was VERY rude. She then gave me the number of customer service to see if they can do anything. I called on my brothers phone (considering my phone is now broken) and the man that answered once again said he couldn't do anything (I understand. Even though they didn't seem like they were even trying to help.) then went on to say the same thing she did. Making me feel really stupid, again. Because of this experience, I will never ever open a line up with T-mobile. What happened really sucked and they were not showing any empathy at all. The guy who sold me the phone blocked me on fb and instagram whenever I tried to get in contact with him. People really suck. Now I am without a phone for who knows how long. My phone number is connected to everything of mine. I don't have any recent old iphones, I gave them to my siblings. I have no money and I am beyond upset about this whole experience. Not only the D bag that sold me the phone but ESPECIALLY T-mobile for being very rude about my circumstances. read more

I never take the time to write bad reviews, but this must be said. This was the WORST experience ever. Friendly at first - and then pushy - and then downright dishonest. Trying to upgrade my phone turned into a week long, several hair-pullingly frustrating hours, had to finish it on the phone, process. I will NEVER go there again. It is only because the phone agent who helped me was awesome that I'm even still with Verizon. It was that bad. read more

I wish I could give this store zero stars. We have been in several times during the last couple years, and while the staff is usually friendly (except one guy who was very short with us one day), we have had very bad experiences with the staff actually helping us with any problem. The latest screw up has me wanting to call the Attorney General or just sue them. My wife and I and my father were on a family plan with my wife's mother her dad and her brother who live in another state and have poor Verizon coverage, so they were going to drop Verizon. So while my mother in law was in town, she and I went in to have the account switched over to my name. I was expecting that I would now be the primary account owner, and then my wife's mother father and brother would drop Verizon. The only other thing that we wanted to change was to drop from 10 GB to 6 GB for the shared data. Instead, the young woman who was "helping" us actually set up an entirely new account and phone plan for me my wife and my father. I didn't realize that is what happened until almost a month later. So now we are paying for a plan that does not include the first phone line, so we get charged an extra $20 a month there. And we also lost two $25/month credits for two of our phone lines, so we're paying an extra 50 bucks there. It amounts to an extra $70 a month that we are paying compared to our old plan. And now they say that we cannot go back to the old plan. This was a bait and switch, and just plain old fraud as far as I'm concerned. I am sick of paying for other people's screw ups. At best the staff at this store are just incompetent. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I have a prepaid through this company. I recently had my phone break and my boyfriend ended up putting me on his plan through T-Mobile so I no longer needed my Verizon account. I took it off automatic payments to make sure it didn't charge my card. Somehow it ended back on autopay and took the money out for this month. I have no reason for two phones and that money was for my car insurance. I'm a single mom barely making any money to pay the bills. I don't make anyone help me. But it took getting frustrated with two employees in customer service who ended the conversation both times instead of helping me. Then calling the first employee got my wrath. Luckily he was kind and at least tried helping. The one before him refused to tell me anything other then he can't do anything and he understands how frustrating it is repeatedly when I kept asking to talk to a manager. No help what so ever!! Now I've been on hold waiting for a manager for on going twenty minutes. The employee this time told me they will just have to freeze the payment and send it back. I knew there was something they could do but they refuse to help because its inconvenient and they're lazy. After all of that the manager gets on the line and tells me because they already have my money they can't give it back which makes no sense. Thats the point of a REFUND. It just renewed yesterday it's not like I can use the service unless I buy another phone through them. I'm beyond livid, now I'm out the money and can't afford my insurance that the money was supposed to go towards, and they get to just keep $55 for absolutely nothing but screwing me over!!! NEVER GOING THROUGH VERIZON AGAIN!!!! read more
