They were offering $1100 trade ins. I followed her suggestion and upgraded, but she would have the new phone sent to me since the store had no stock. I paid the $90 sales tax up front, but when I looked at the receipt it only showed $900 trade in! When I showed her this, she said it is suppose to be $1100 and when I come back with the new phone, she would take care of it. I trusted her that she would, but after I received the phone at home and brought to the store to activate, I asked her if she took care of the $200 difference. Well, no, but we are good for it. I told her No, that needs to be done, now before we open the phone and activate it. She got really upset that I would not trust her for the $200 difference in trade in! This is not a Mom and Pop store, this is one of the biggest companies in the country, and you can't resolve this issue with a phone call if you told me $1100 and the receipt shows $900 trade in! She seemed too focused on the sale and had no time to rectify this issue, and the assistant manager was in earshot and heard all of this. She got very insulted that I would not trust her to make it right sometime in the future! I refused to have her activate the phone until this was fixed. She refused, so I asked for a refund of my $90 in taxes. She refused that and said take that up with AT&T and I am going to charge you a $55 restocking fee to send this unopened phone back! I said oh no you don't, I can send this back and it won't cost a cent. She then really blew up at me that she was losing a $44 commission! Well, Kristen all you need to do was to resolve the $200 difference with AT&T, and I would take the phone. I told her that I would file a complaint, and she shouted her full name at me and said go ahead. So here I am. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a problem store.

Well, apparently that's not how it works anymore. Now you have to register it online, file a claim, and wait for them to ship you a new one. That's pretty ridiculous, especially considering these screen protectors cost about twice as much as the ones at Walmart. If I had known I couldn't just walk into the store for a replacement like they told me, I would've saved my money and bought one at Walmart. I hate when you're told one thing at the time of purchase, only to find out later the process is completely different. It just feels like another way to get people to spend more money.

My sister has a habit of breaking her screen, so a glass screen protector is a must. Austin sat with us and explained all costs and how to set up the new phones. The whole process was smooth and easy. They even charge $50 if you get insurace and you break your screen. My sister typically pays $140 through apple. Fuwad and Austin are super friendly which makes the process less stressful. We will definetely come back for future phone upgrades and any issues!

It was the only reason that I had upgraded to that plan to begin with. Add to that I just got my first bill and it was $275.00!! I called ATT and they fixed the billing issue, but I am unable to get the HBOMAX back without paying nearly $20 a month. Grrrrrr! The phone customer support was very rude, in fact when we told then the bill was paid ( before we realized it waspaid to the wrong account!) they told us to PROVE IT when we said we paid it!they were just really rude and disrespectful. We went to twelve mile and gratiot and Z was very helpful and very nice. I give him a huge thumbs up, and if I could give him him an award for service above and beyond I would! The customer service there seems to be great. The one lady sat on the phone for us for over two hours trying to get out account straightened out, and the other gentleman sales man stood there talking to us keeping us company while we were waiting. There may be other sales people there not as good as these of course, but the ones I encountered there were wonderful. Phone service at ATT SUCKS though!

Sat in the store for about half an hour waiting for help only for them to make up additional charges that didn't apply online or in the store I visited after this. The attempts to add cost to my transaction appeared to be a successful attempt to get out of doing the work because it wasn't even presented in a way that it would be reasonable to pay it. They often have a better selection of phones than the other nearby stores, but If I can't get it at another nearby store I will just go with buying online before ever stepping foot in this place again.
