I came here to get a couple of replacement things for my phone (screen, case) and the service was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but great things to say about them and the security guard was very helpful as well even though he carries a gun which is a little creepy. It's nice to always be reminded that somebody can kill you at any second. Some days I really miss England. But yes, the only reason they don't score 5 is because their stuff is sooooo expensive. This is a corporate store, meaning that if you are a Verizon customer and you place orders through the company, there aren't any side commissions -- or excuses like "We're affiliated with Verizon but we have our own deals/prices." Anyway... We came here to pick up a phone that we bought directly from Verizon via telephone. Apparently the store had just been re-opened for a day or two because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Needless to say, masks were required, and -- other than 2-3 customers who came and went while we were there -- the place was a ghost town ... except for the 3-4 employees who were seemingly texting on their own cell phones. The stock here was also sparse, but understandably so considering that it was mid-June and everyone has been hunkering down since mid-March. Our representative was very polite and mostly efficient. I got the feeling that he was flying solo, despite that there was a manager and several other co-workers who were essentially twiddling their thumbs and riding the clock. This was, by no means, a bad experience. But it wasn't a great experience either. I'll return to this store, if necessary, but my expectations won't be that high. read more

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service, they denied me Level Two service. This company store is run by incompetency and immaturity . I've been a customer for well over 20 years. Too long! I've paid them enough to put a gaggle of kids through college. This company absolutely sucks! They are ripping people off daily and getting away with it because those they are in bed with will protect them. Grossly overcharging and their service is lack luster at best. Drop calls, spam filter sucks, prices are outrageous and customer service is like watching Biden give a speech! It is a crying shame and I don't know how the Board of Directors can sleep at night. I cancelled my contract with Verizon as they didn't offer a senior plan and after several calls and then finally leaving them after 20 years, they still have not refunded what they owe me. I was not under contract at the time I cancelled on April 3, 2021. I had automatic payment setup and the next months fee was due to be taken out on April 8th which they took out of my checking account. My billing cycle was from the 19th to the 19th so Verizon owes me a refund for phone services from the 3 to the 19th. I went to the Verizon store in Elk River MN, but as soon as they realized I was a disgruntled previous customer I was told the wait time for assistance was 30+ minutes and there was only 1 other customer in the store. I need this resolved ASAP or I will take legal action. read more

My mother, brother and I went in to upgrade their cell service to smart phones and the salesperson (Arturo) started of fine and then turned into a liar!! He tells us that the plan we wanted wasn't available in NC and we needed to goto a higher plan. Then says my brother can get his military discount in NC after he shows them his dd214. Then after telling us he was going to give a discount I asked what kind of discount and he said a military discount and then raised the price again. We caught him in a lie. All he was trying to do is make a bigger commission. We told him no thanks and walked out!!! We went to another Verizon store on gulf frwy and 1764 and worked with Chundra R. She did fantastic!!! gave us the same deal we wanted that was available in NC that Arturo said wasn't, she saved both of them about $40 each on their bill. Drive the extra 5 miles south and see Chundra R. It will be well worth it. read more

I still don't get good customer service at this location. Lucky for me, my friend Crystal started working for Verizon ( at a different location) and helped me with my phone issues. If you're looking to get your phone fixed, don't go to this location. They will only help you if they think you'll but something or spend a lot of money. The customer service stinks at this location. If a customer tells you something, do not talk back. Customers are always right!!!!!! The woman that helped me was very rude and inconsiderate and wouldn't even help me,in fact she just handed me a pamphlet on how to get a new iphone, when at other verizon stores they have helped me and actually ordered one for me, which I expected her to do and I also thought I was going to experience the same great customer service as before. I went to this store to pick up the phones I ordered and was assured by Verizon that they had them. After an hour wait they couldn't give me the phones and told me that I had to cancel my order to proceed. While I was waiting one of the sales people was just short of hostile on the phone with another customer and complained to whoever would listen after the call. Very unprofessional. They had me wait for 45 minutes, will I was there just staring at this guy walking around doing nothing. Finally when someone came to help me he knew nothing about phone upgrades. He said if I buy any phone from Verizon at the store out right that I lose my grandfathered unlimited data . I looked at him extremely pissed and just walked out. I love this location, always have been a customer with them. But I do not like the way the managers treat their employees. I've dealt with the young lady that's a manager there by the name of Leila, and there's also another manager there by the name of Mike. They are very rude, and do not know how to speak to there employees professionally. Makes me not even want to shop in their anymore, just because of that. Those employee work hard for what they have to do every month - and being an ass to them isn't going to make them feel better nor want to be there.
