It would take me almost an hour to get there but they had a good deal on iphones so I went ahead and drove to the SW location. I went to buy the phone and did not put my SIM card in to test it, BIG mistake. The lady at the register told me it would work once he put his SIM card in. Unfortunately, the phone was locked. After a few days of calling the store and trying to decide when we could return to see if it could get unlocked, we finally made it back to the store to get a replacement. The owner is a very kind and fair business man. He worked with us to make things right. My bf has a new iPhone 11 Pro Max and he is sooo happy! If Cell Repair is unable to fix whatever is wrong with your phone, they do offer other options. We are satisfied with our purchase!

They took the phone in the back to do the repair which took about 20 minutes. They return to the front with the phone and everything checked out no problem. The following day the screen starts to flicker on and off consistently at the most in opportune times. But the real kicker is apparently when they had my phone in the back they went into the phone under my Google account and actually left a review on Google under my name giving themselves five stars and made comments about supposedly great service for fixing my phone. When I realized what had happened I was livid. Not only is my phone not working properly that is a total unethical invasion of privacy and against the law in many places. I went back to the store and confronted the manager who told me that the tech Sam supposedly worked on my phone in the back and he would have been responsible for the post He called Sam several times on the phone in my presence to confirm this but no answer I don't even believe Sam exist. Had to argue for 20 minutes only to be able to get back a refund of the labor. They would not even give a full refund . They offered to fix the screen flickering f but I refuse to do busses that's with them and you should too. Think about all the sensitive stuff people have in their phones from baking information, private photos, and stuff that can be used to steal your identity. Don't go there under any circumstance!!

When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days. He told me the technician told him that was a problem with the mother board and if I want to fixed will be $150 for a issue they create. Basically I spent $160 to replace the back Cristal of my phone and I need with a phone with scratched, a messed up mother board and scratches all over the edge. STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS
