While I don't always love the check-in process at wireless stores (never quite sure where to go to…read morecheck-in), we didn't have to wait long to be told they will check us in shortly. During our wait for a rep, it seemed clear that the staff were knowledgeable and working efficiently with customers. It didn't take long to be helped and we were able to get 100% of our needs met in that visit. This is not a criticism of the staff of the store, but do wish online offers could be utilized in store (free activation) as we needed a SIM card right away and could not wait to have one shipped to us. We are already T-mobile customers adding a line to an existing phone.

I'm only giving 1 star because I don't think it'll allow me to leave things blank. It's the ONLY…read morereason you see 1 star, for real. They literally deserve 0 stars. I visited the store to consider switching providers and was seeking a less expensive plan. I barely received a greeting when I entered...mind you, the store wasn't crowded at all (only myself and one customer who was being assisted). I felt as though I was a bother to two sales reps....both looked like a deer in headlights as they pondered who was going to help me. Reluctantly one asked what I needed. I proceeded to tell him as my blood began to boil, but had to pause to let him know that he REALLY seemed like he didn't want to be bothered/help me. Well, guess what? You don't have to tell me twice. I immediately let him know how poor the service was and asked for a manager. Loooorrrrdddd, she was NO better. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, right? Omgudness. Extremely poor people skills (seemed as though she walked in from the street and grabbed a manager badge)! I pretty much lit into her about the awful customer service (or lack thereof) then told her how filthy the store was and I mean it was BAD! There was trash all over the floor, crumbs everywhere...really? She told me they could not vacuum while customers were in the store. HELLO!!! How about making sure your store is Clean before closing the night before and scoop up trash during the day as needed. It's not rocket science, come on people! Absolutely no pass! That said, I will NOT and I repeat, I will NOT switch my cell phone provider to go over to such an unprofessional group such as these folks. This is a terrible representation of T-Mobile. I'd rather pay more each month and be treated with courtesy and appreciation than to have a less expensive plan and be treated like scum. And yes, I STILL look for quality customer service and sharp people because I'm one! It's not a thing of the past. Shame on y'all's JANKY tails T-Mobile. SHAME!!!

They could actually repair the phone as promised, and that's what I paid them to do…read more IF they are Apple certified to repair the iPhone product, they are using NON COMPLIANT JUNK PARTS that ruin the features of the phone. Mine was ruined by a non compliant screen. The Apple store I consulted AFTER the FIX ruined my phone assured me that my resulting iphone problems are a known failure in iPhone 16 Pro Max when a non-compliant screen is installed, or, an improperly installed compliant screen is left without properly finishing that repair!!! I was told by the Mr Fix-It technician that my phone would need an ADDITIONAL $800 software update and extensive upgrades to get it back to where my Facial Recognition would function like it always had until the non-compliant screen was installed and that feature stopped the day the screen was replaced. I returned to the store the next day to find out what was going on, and was told my phones camera was not aimed properly. After he took the phone apart and tried to use folded paper to push my camera into the right place, he told me he would check with Apple and other techs to solve the problem that was created when my screen was replaced. Several days later I returned and was told I needed to spend $800 more to repair my defective or outdated or substandard software repaired to get my Facial Recognition to work again, like it did UP UNTIL THE NON-COMPLAINT SCREEN was installed. Heres an interesting fact: a new APPLE SCREEN, installed at an APPLE CERTIFIED REPAIR FACILITY costs $800........ So, I paid $370 to have my phone ruined by this place, and was told I would have to spend $800 MORE to get it to work with THEIR SCREEN. And, I would be leaving it with them to get that repair done AT MY EXPENSE, on top of $370 that started the whole problem??? I asked on my first return with my "now damaged phone" by the bad repair parts, if he could just put my cracked but fully functional, working screen back in. He said he could not do it AND he didn't have the screen anymore anyway..... so that was not possible. I was willing to pay for his labor, but not a RUINED phone!!! My experience with this fake repair facility was not good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do your own research and your own decision making about trusting their advertised CERTIFIED STATUS as an APPLE repair facility. So far they have done NOTHING to help me get my phone to operate like it did BEFORE the repair ruined it. By the way, the phone is now not worth anything to APPLE as a trade in. It is a Non-COMPLIANT, altered iPhone. The screen is shown to be NON-COMPLIANT on the information about the phone on its phone software and hardware info listings. It is the cause of my issues per APPLE. I was told to pay the additional $800 to get my phone fixed, or just keep using my iPhone security code to unlock all my apps and use my phone every time it goes into security screen. So far that requires me to do that about 50 times a day.............. Add this to the very disappointing story: the screen will go black, display a long rectangular orange-and-black background shape and then go black and stay black and unresponsive to any touch. Sounds will still play from a video, or a website I am watching. The screen will come back on after about 15 minutes. It has done that now at least 6 times since about 2 weeks after the repair failure. The screen and the repair are supposed to have a 4 month warranty!!!!!!!!!!! How much more will I be told I have to pay to get this problem fixed???? I am very sorry I EVER allowed the place to touch my phone and RUIN IT. Stay tuned, because this is not how you do business as a REPAIR FACILITY!!!!
