    Elvinson was way out of line with a simple return for a phone case for my wife. Won't ever go back, this guy needs an attitude adjustment.

He was a bit tricky to track down, but once we connected, Joel St. Jean (their service manager and the gent who ultimately repaired out TV) was a real pleasure to work with. He not only correctly diagnosed the source and nature of our problem, but found and fixed 2 others we didn't know were there. He patiently explained what he was doing at all times, and exhibited a degree of patience and thoroughness rarely seen these days.= The prevailing attitude is that TVs and the like are disposable, but this isn't always the case. If your TV goes on the fritz and replacing it means hundreds of dollars you don't have, give these guys a shot, we're very glad we did.

    If only I could give 0 stars…read more I can't comment on certain things, such as, whether they actually did a good job fixing my receiver, or whether the price was ok, because it's been more than three months and they still haven't done it. Two months ago, I was told that they needed a part, and had ordered it. Today, I was told that he "had been away for two weeks and lost track of the things" he had been working on, and he'll call me back tomorrow. What is worth .25 stars I guess is that they did give us a loaner receiver, about a month into this process, so at least we can listen to CDs and the radio (FM only, b/c my AM antenna isn't compatible with the loaner) and watch DVDs. I like to patronize local businesses, but only when they like the patronage. In this case, their indifference is staggering.

    Doyon's did a great job with us…read more When we did our kitchen remodel, we swapped out all appliances. When our washer and dryer died, they guided me to the best system to handle really large loads, and I love the units. They are our go to for all appliances. Only thing negatively I can say, is that sometimes it takes a while to get their service guys over. But that's because they are one of the only places that service their entire line. To be able to call them when I have an issue, and have them look up the record and tell me if I am in warranty, is great. Their service people are top notch. I usually get Adam Doyon. He's great. Highly recommend them. Be sure to visit them, as they are a smaller family owned business. Don't buy appliances at Best Buy, or Home Depot. The quality at Doyon's is much higher. Unless you definitely just want the absolutely cheapest unit possible.

Second try a few days ago not so much. The sales guy was either having a bad day or should not be let loose on customers. He showed me one machine and when I asked to compare, he was put out. He didn't answer questions civily. Frankly it was weird. I left there never wanting to return. I am not a fan of Home Depot, but others suggested it, including my contractor who said he buys his appliances from there - so off I went. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I dealt with 2 women who knew what they were talking about, helped me save some $ and offered excellent AND PLEASANT advice. Perhaps Doyon's should look into hiring a few women?? Just curious: why does Doyons have over 350 Google reviews and a 4.8 rating, while on Yelp they have a rating of 2.5--with comments far closer to my experience? Seems v. odd to me

    After a hour and a half waiting on the phone for t-mobile representative... she couldn't verified…read moremy identify to set up my e-sim. I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!

I called to get some assistance to purchase a new IPhone with them to enhance my cell phone service. They said "NO", giving a switchover customer a better deal. Today I reviewed my bill which is over $100 too high. This had happened before. After I enlighten them to their mistakes again, I will look for a different carrier. I can't believe they have a customer service representative who barely speaks English..., I had difficulty understanding them. Right on par with a declining company. Good luck, I believe you will need it if they collect your phone bill.
