Once he determined it was indeed broken, he gave me options - pointing me to a place that may be able to fix (he actually called them and stayed on hold until they picked up!) - or seeing if i can turn in for early upgrade - or purchase a wireless charging pad, etc. He also looked at my plan and saw i was paying too much! I didnt need all that data. saving $25 a month now. AND i explained how i use phone alot to download pics, so i use charger alot to plug into my computer. he took the time to show me how to use google drive, which eliminates that step. Will be doing business here again!

Needless to say, my wi-fi was problematic, and Best Buy tried and tried to fix things to no avail. I was told to seek an I.T. company, I did my search, and Rod sold me over the phone on MVWFP. Jawaan and Jacob came to the house and hard wired most of my TV's using the coaxial cable that already existed. They also established various ports throughout the house so that the wireless wi-fi would work well everywhere. There was a slight problem that was fixed right away with a second (free) visit to the house. Several months after installation, the system is running perfectly. Rod and Jawaan are as good as it gets! Make the call to MVWFP, and your stress will disappear, at least with regard to wi-fi in your big old house!

All installed by me originally over the years, including hardwired gigabit Ethernet plus WiFi. Dead zones everywhere in the house and hardwired connections that weren't working. Rod responded quickly to my booking appointment on his website, and came in on the agreed date. As I knew, it was a mess. Took two days to straighten it all out including producing "heat maps" to show signal strength throughout every room in the house. it is actually quite difficult to find anyone who specializes in networking and WiFi. Most are electricians who do this as a side business and really don't have proper network training. As I determined, Rod has 20 years of corporate networking experience and clearly knows what he is doing. And frankly, my own lengthy experience in the computer industry allowed me to make that judgment pretty confidently after two days of many technical discussions. He knows what he's doing. I'm happy to make a referral to MVWFP to anyone who needs to sort out their WiFi and network challenges, residential or commercial. Very pleased. As is my wife who is not yelling at me any longer. Beware, they charge for the complete month even if you cancel the service 1-day into the billing cycle. No pro-rating. My Mother passed away, I canceled the service and then received a "final" bill. In my case it was 4-days after the end of the previous cycle. So, full price for 4-days of unused service. I decided to overpay the bill by $1 so they have to figure out how to get that dollar back to me.

I contact support, who was nice enough, but couldn't get someone out until the next day. I work from home and this had a huge effect on my work day and on tomorrows work day. Im sure juggling dispatch and technicians is difficult, but I expect better especially when so many people depend on internet for their job. My concern is that someday he will continue to add up this unpaid charge and try to put a lien on their property even though they have not been a customer for well over a year.
