If you call them to get help with it they will simply tell you to restart your router. They will visit your house to check it out and leave without doing a thing. Was being charged 90.00 a month for internet when-for months-the rate had been lowered to 70.00. I was never notified of this nor was my bill ever adjusted. I had to call to find out and only then did they lower it. I called because I didn't want to pay 90.00 a month for internet anymore. Had I not done that, I'd still be getting billed at the unfair higher rate, even though I've been an on time paying customer since 2003. Of course they won't credit me with over paying the months I did so... bye bye nex-tech. I feel I can no longer trust you.

I was told when i had cable installed that I could add extra Tv's later at no cost, that is now no longer true. I feel like this company is doing a bait and switch, and I'm really disappointed that what was a stellar company a year and a half ago has gone so far downhill. I would not recommend them.
