No one knows anything. Folks in the hardware department could only identify a hammer 2 of 10 times. They downgraded the paint selection & quality. I could go on. Tried their curbside pickup. After phone rings 3:10 an apparently tired young man answered very politely. Gave him my order info and he found the order. Said he'll be right out. He was. Hustled out and gave me my order. I could tell he was the 'go to' guy. That's what companies do they wear out the good people until they no longer choose to work there. I feel bad that this young man will eventually reach that point, but his next company will find a real gem. I wish him all the best.
