They answered a Facebook message at Midnight, came in on Sunday morning, helped us try to fix it with a part he had in stock, reached out to his staff who had travelled to a bike show a few hours away, and did everything in his power to get us back on the road. When those efforts failed, BJ allowed several of us to leave our bikes stored with him while he fixed the broken bike and allowed us to continue our trip out West in a rental car. We returned the following Friday on our way home to collect the bikes. We ended up hanging and chatting with BJ for another hour. He really seems like a genuine guy; very honest and willing to do anything to help a customer. BJ cares and truly executes on what true customer service means. Thank you, BJ, from our entire group. BJ offered his bike towing service but I managed to ride 20 miles back to Hays, KS. I arrived at the shop for service at first light. BJ & Deanna assured me techs would get me back on the road asap. While waiting I received the most welcoming hospitality and met some great folks. I would highly recommend reaching out if you're in need of repairs or to just drop by to say hello and grab an awesome t-shirt or cap.

The mall itself gets 4 stars, but I'm adding an extra star because the highlight off our visit was the gals manning the shop - Crystal & Sheryl. They were friendly & funny and made spending a lot of money a true delight. We shop a LOT of antique malls when we travel and most of the time the people working are completely indifferent (and often borderline rude) - so the ones that feel like instant friends always stick out for us and we always try to make sure to reward that.
