Deceptive business practice! I purchased a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system from AFWS but discovered it wasted Three Gallons of water for every One Gallon of clean water it filtered (city water pressure). Representative told me that three gallons was good because it usually wasted Four Gallon for every one gallon of clean water. I returned the RO system for $20.95 shipping w/signature and Abundant Flow Water Systems charge me $40.00 return/restocking fee. $60.95 most expensive Gallon of water ever, I'm surprised these RO systems are even legal in California. read more

I bought a Big Blue 20" two-stage whole house filtration system about four years ago. I have bought all the replacement filters from Abundant Flow ever since. The filters always work great and are of consistent quality. Shipping via ground from Kansas to NYC is about three days. Purchased a Fleck 5600SXT 48,000 Grain Water Softener system from Abundant Flow Water through Amazon. I installed the system myself using the instructions provided but had a problem with brine tank draw. I called Abundant Flow Water for help and Roger talked me through the diagnostic process, possible problems and solutions. It turned out to be a very simple issue and fix, the brine line was not fully inserted into the quick connect fitting atop the float assembly. Once inserted correctly the system drew brine with no problem. Many thanks to Roger and Abundant Flow Water, without their help I may not have found the fix so easily! read more

Abundant Flow Water Systems is the real deal. A company not bent on sucking the blood out of the public, but making an honest dollar, at an UNBELIEVABLY reasonable price. Their systems are the best for literally a tiny fraction of what others sell for. Their customer service is beyond what you have experienced anywhere, they are honest and accommodating. If you are in the market for water treatment systems, and everyone should be, this is truly the only place you should shop. I will never buy this type of product anywhere else. read more
