I have always loved BB&W, regardless of the prices. We went in after going to see a movie. I wanted…read moreto buy some Christmas scented goodies to finish preparing for what was supposed to be my son coming home for Holiday leave in the Army. We entered the store the same time as an older couple. And normally they have greeters at the BB&W stores. All 3 greeters went tlstraihht to the older couple ( dressed in their Sunday best). and completely ignored us, no one came to see if we needed help, or said hi, nothing. There was no chatting about our seasonal selections. Now I have been a loyal BB&W shopper for over 20 years and have been to many of their stores(thank you Army). We finally found what we wanted, went tp pay and their girl at the register looked like she was channeling her inner Scrooge. I was even duped over my birthday gift, whatever. So, after another of ,I spent too much. I told my guy that I was never shopping at this location ever again. I will order online or go farther away to a different store. And FYI... Treat your customers the same.

I took a star off because I personally don't like how the owner treats people. I think it's just her personality which if that's her that's fine but it's not me. She in my opinion is rude and cold in how she comes off. I thought it was just us but i seen her do it to others. She was rude to one of our younger daughters who was a little Whiney about things and didn't know what color she wanted and yes I know that can be frustrating to other people but i was trying my best to handle the situation myself and she wasn't making it better. She runs a business that is geared towards young children I was just taken back by her actions. We've been here 3 times and have had similar experiences with the owner so it wasn't just a fluke.
