I do a better job at my home while I'm rushing. Not to mention the fact that she didn't even wash my hair completely. I even mentioned that the back of my head wasn't wet. I left with frizzy hair that still slightly damp. The manager was also very defensive. Just as a reference point I have worked in salons for 20 years and I've never had this experience. I don't think they check the "stylists" work before hiring them, or they don't care or maybe both. And on top of everything it was 42.00 and they charge more to use a flat iron. Lol the audacity.

I had my mind set on the shoe I wanted to get, this blonde girl "lil" something (I can't remember but her name tag said that, assuming it's a nickname ) well her service was absolutely amazing!! I felt so welcomed and although I kept bothering her to bring me out a new shoe to try on, she did it all with a smile. She was so incredibly kind and patient. When it was time to pay I was having trouble with my payment and she recommended that I sign up for their program, for the most part I'm not a huge fan of rewards programs, but I got a pretty good deal. Besides the fact that it was my first time there and that the girl was super helpful, I definitely will be returning in the next week to see all their new additions in apparel and their footwear!
