I needed boots and a coat. When I got to the store, two people immediately started helping me. I got some really cute boots, a so-so coat, great earrings and socks for $150. I think that was a little expensive for my taste, but I was in a pickle. All in all, I was thankful for the clothes and the attentive service.

The mall itself gets 4 stars, but I'm adding an extra star because the highlight off our visit was the gals manning the shop - Crystal & Sheryl. They were friendly & funny and made spending a lot of money a true delight. We shop a LOT of antique malls when we travel and most of the time the people working are completely indifferent (and often borderline rude) - so the ones that feel like instant friends always stick out for us and we always try to make sure to reward that. He was friendly and helpful and made sure everything was squared away before I left with my new plan and iPhone! He helped me by explaining the differences in the plans I was debating between as well as the Apple Watches I was looking at. Why does Verizon Company reputation be allow an unlawful perpetrator to represent their company in such a careless, no, Abusive manner? Scenario: Entered Verizon Store South Vine Street Hays Ks. Upgraded my IPhone. Was told that I had 90 days to return if not satisfied. Gave myself 3 weeks to familiarize myself with the phone. Did not like it! after 3 weeks -Went back to the same NOT-Certified VERIZON Store TO EXCHANGE: Day 1: They would not allow me to return the NEW IPhone that I had just upgraded to. #1 rep: would not allow me to exchange. #2 rep: would not let me exchang Day 2: #3 rep: told me, as he immediately uncovered top rt. cover of phone- said there was a scuff on it.....would not exchange.
