Was being charged 90.00 a month for internet when-for months-the rate had been lowered to 70.00. I was never notified of this nor was my bill ever adjusted. I had to call to find out and only then did they lower it. I called because I didn't want to pay 90.00 a month for internet anymore. Had I not done that, I'd still be getting billed at the unfair higher rate, even though I've been an on time paying customer since 2003. Of course they won't credit me with over paying the months I did so... bye bye nex-tech. I feel I can no longer trust you.

Internet so bad I could barely write this review, expect your internet to go out randomly every…read morenight. Expect it to be so unreliable your downloads take 10x as long as they should. If you call them to get help with it they will simply tell you to restart your router. They will visit your house to check it out and leave without doing a thing. If you play any sort of video game, you won't be able to with this provider. 100 plus ping per game with the worst packet loss you've ever seen. Horrible terrible service. 0 stars.

Since my phone would barely turn on she really had to come up with solutions to get the info transferred. She was so kind. I really appreciate her time.
