Then I asked again and was told "Sorry I have a lot of work going on I don't have time to get to you". No hey, might be a couple weeks. Why is the ad still up if you dont have time to get to new customers? What kind of response is that? I am glad you are busy, but you will never get my business when times are slower. I will note that this is not indicative of their actual performance with removing brush, merely their customer service and general attitude.
