The price came in lower than the others we approached, and the quality and excellent communication made it a fantastic experience. Every concern we had along the way was quickly addressed, and we couldn't be happier. I could see early on that the materials used were not just the simple "contractor"grade. I know I will be using this bathroom for years to come. I know who to call now when I want to make any changes to our home. Thank you!

We wanted to rebuild and extend our back deck, so we requested quotes from several companies, and…read moreultimately decided on 4 Seasons Midwest because of their promptness and their detailed quote and plans. JT, Randy, and Robert were the crew on our deck, and all 3 of them were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up before I left for work, and were still there when I arrived home, and we saw tremendous progress daily. They were considerate about our schedule, and unless we approached them, they worked like we weren't even there, despite my 2 small children staring at them all day. There were several times that they paused for our input or opinion, some completely just aesthetic decisions, and I appreciated them giving me a choice, rather than making those small decisions themselves. Because of these instances, I feel like our new wrap-around deck is exactly what I envisioned and wanted. We are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into our new deck, and wouldn't hesitate to hire 4 Seasons Midwest again. We recommend them any opportunity we get.

Gage Blair was very dishonest and incompetent at his job. He failed to finish the job we paid him…read moreto do, was often late, rarely ever kept us in the know on our project, and even threatened to put a lean our home (by making up charges that he had already been paid for) after we filed a complaint against him with the BBB. We had to do all the move-in clean up after the construction crews ourselves. We have also had to finish many of the remaining repairs and unfinished work ourselves. One last piece of advice, don't sign their corrupt contracts. They grossly benefit the builders allowing them the do as they wish with your project and your only recourse is to spend tens of thousands of dollars in arbitration. As a combat veteran I would much rather do another tour in Iraq than have to ever build a home with Blair Construction again. Horrible experience.
