They also left marker stains on my walls in 2 areas and didn't complete putting up the millwork in my kitchen, even though we paid extra for that. We started having issues with the floor coming up less than a year later. Now there is at least a dozen places where we are having issues with the floor. We have called to complain and see if we could get it fixed multiple times and were told we have been put on a waitlist. This was over 8 months ago and have heard nothing from them since. It has gotten to the point that we are going to have to get new floors again, less than 2 years after the install. Tried to go the the BBB and turns out they're not BBB Accredited.

Jerry was very informative and such a good guy. I remember he needed some wood for our cabinets, he took the time to explain why and presented options pertaining to cost. The prices were very high at the time, but we needed the wood to finish the job so we had given our approval. When the job was completed and we received the invoice there we no extra charges, in fact the cost was less than originally agreed. When we asked Jerry why, he told us that he was able to pick up the wood and some materials at a second hand supply store, which enabled him to forward the savings to us. Here is a gentleman that very easily could have told us he paid full advertised prices for everything and we would be none the wiser. Jerry's reply to us was, "if I did that, I would be only contributing to a lie that ultimately hurts the community I live and work in, I am sorry, but that is something I can not do". This guy is the real deal!! My husband said he should run for office...lol. The work was done on time, everything looked and worked perfect, and definitely at an affordable cost. Bought specific amount of coverage for room size to include 10% average rate of waste per recommended calculations. Near 48 sqft of plank flooring was wasted. Tech argued with customer, that his way was the right way. Business did not take our complaints seriously, instead validated the techs work was done right and good. We had to redo the floor completely because the product that the tech wasted was discontinued. We also had to pay someone else to place the floor and the job was done right! Without any warning, we were slapped with almost $3000 deferred interest at 30% when the promotion ended. We called to see if we could just pay off our remaining original balance that day, but were told no. We also were told that we weren't even supposed to get that promotion and that maybe they could half the deferred interest for us. After that, my husband continued to call and eventually stopped getting a hold of people. So basically we were forced to pay another 3 grand on floors in a home we don't even live in anymore. They were unwilling to help or work with us. We will not being using them again. Go somewhere else. I don't like going with big box stores but we went with Home Depot for our flooring this time and were much more impressed.
