Wanting more money is an ongoing theme. The owner screamed at my husband and myself on several occasions. The plumber flooded our bathroom floor and our basement. The sheetrocker poured left over sheetrock mud down our toilet and the owner said this was ok because "it is water soluble." The electriction did not put wire nuts on all live wires at the end of a work day and left post-it notes not to turn certain switches on. Our house was left unlocked and both garage doors up with nobody home. Multiple rooms not involved in remodel were dinged on the walls. Our house was left very dirty each day of work. Work was supposed to end on Dec. 22nd but the remodel was not completed until late March (it took 6 months to remodel the bathroom and we were told when we hired them that it would be a 45 day project). The Heating and air was not hooked up properly. Our central vac was not hooked up proplerly. The project manager hired by Kitchen Concepts who was actually trying to help us through this remodeling nightmare was fired. The tiler who worked the job refuses to do any further business with Kitchen Concepts as a result of this project. You would think that spending this amount of money on a remodel would get you some sort of customer service. You could not pay me to let this company back in my home. I would not recommend them for any project large or small. Please hire someone else. I would like to give them zero stars.
