He said there wasn't, but there was a similar model that he could show us. He patiently took it out of the box and gave us time to test out the keyboard. Marcus is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff, Marcus provided one on one interaction from start to finish. Showing me several options in case one product didn't fit. Marcus is a great listener, a customer service representative must have that distinct quality, that's why Marcus was able to offer alternative selections. Marcus worked hard to deliver exemplary customer service that concluded with a sale. At checkout they have a monitor that informs you of what register you are to step to. It speaks the number. How cool is that. I would say, if you need anything from A to Z that deals with high technology or electronics, the micro center is where you need to be. On Wed 2/13 around 11;30 am, my phone went dead Iphone due to a system update crash. I own a business (Beds-N-More on Sunrise Hwy in West Babylon) and was waiting for phone calls from 2 truck drivers bringing me deliveries that day. I decided to go and wait for them because they couldn't contact me. Both deliveries were made by 4pm thankfully. I decided to visit my West Islip Verizon location to see what the issue was and what could be done. They took my phone in the back but returned 15 minutes later without being able to turn it back on or even whether the phone could be saved. When I mentioned that the phone was for business, they gave me a loaner phone, which I was very grateful for. They also recommended that I go to their Lindenhurst location as there is a tech on duty. Walking in to the Lindenhurst location is certainly smaller in size, but big on making things happen. I walked in and met Vishal. He listened to what I said happened to the phone immediately looked for a fix. He hooked the phone up with iTunes and worked his magic. I would say it took all of 20 minutes and I was back up with my phone as if nothing bad ever happened. Whew! In this day and age of social media, we often hear from people when they're not satisfied, but as a business owner myself, I appreciate when someone takes the time to let us know when they're satisfied and even thrilled with the service they receive. Went back because I was having problems with the iPhone they fixed and needed Help to transfer my information to the new iPhone, that's where things spiraled out of control. He then denied that he repaired the phone and started yelling and then threatening to call the police!! i've never seen anything like this before from a I fix screen store. Long story short he is extremely extremely rude. Never do business there. I got nothing resolved. Ended up going to a different store and had it fixed and done within five minutes. Stay away from the eye fix screen CarPlay location, especially if the older guy is there.

He immediately was able to give me a quote for someone that has the part and would be able to fix it, but after taking to Jack, we concluded that the phone wasn't worth fixing. I really appreciate the honesty that Jack provided. Since he had already claimed my Groupon, he said he will make sure I get a refund, and I did. He runs a very honest and friendly business.
