Once I arrive there the manager Ray assisted me right away and introduced me to Noberto who is the technician throughout the transaction. I appreciate it their time and their patience because when you transfer one phone to another as we know it takes it consumes a lot of amount of time. But once the upgrade and transfer was completed I was out of there no problem and headed straight home. I highly recommend that you check out this T-Mobile with Ray and the rest of the staff.

My husband is still in there at this very minute trying to get stuff figured out. We have wasted hours and hours with them. If you're thinking about doing Verizon, think twice. T-Mobile was so much better and we very much regret switching. Customer service is terrible and clearly the employees don't give two beans about their clients. Do not switch to Verizon. Update. Tried calling the Business Manager...what a joke. It was just an automated message with no way to talk to a human. I'm extremely disappointed. Second update. We've been on the phone with this company for about 2 1/2 hours already this morning. You guys are very unhelpful. And the phone that my husband was supposed to get got sold to someone else. Your business really needs to do better. I've been with T-Mobile for 10+ years and I have never had to spend the amount of time with them that we have had to spend with you. Do better.

We purchased a scooter buzz around from them and the transaction was quick and painless. Once we got the scooter we realized it was way heavier than we expected especially for my disabled mother to use. We went into today to talk to them about exchanging this one and getting a different scooter a lighter one and they were EXTREMELY not helpful. He was basically like it's been 14 days there's nothing we can do for you, try craigslist or buy a new one. We bought this scooter in good faith with no plans on returning it, however with only owning the scooter for a month we are shocked to see that not only can we not return it the staff becomes incredibly useless after purchase! So save yourself the time and money and don't shop here! Wish we didn't!
