Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. My phone was losing battery when it was charging or even not used, (all apps closed) When the repair was done. I asked the owner why did billed me for such a good price, and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector? He responded back honestly. Because business is slow and I rather make something rather than nothing. RESPECT!! He showed me where to go to verify first responders and showed me a list of over 20 plus workers who qualified. Once the CS rep was available he made a point to stand with her at the desk after he said he wouldn't be the one to help me. The tmobile agent ask them to verify my badge and note the account. The CS Rep Marisa said yes no problem I can help you with that. Jake still there following us!! which is unusual for a welcoming clerk to do, especially since he said he couldn't help me but he's now standing at her desk trying to dictate what she's doing with me, then tries to take over what she was doing and told her let's go and check with the Manager. Jake comes right back out of the door barely went in for a couple seconds and then tells me yes my title at the hospital is not eligible for the for the discount when he seen telecommunications in the list of qualifying job titles. Prior to going back there to ask the manager, he asked the Customer Service rep from T-Mobile Call Center. Did he verify that I qualify for first responders which I have qualified every year in the past the rep tells him yes he did then he still for a third time Triple checks to try to see if I qualify. The CSR Marissa tried to speak and explain He then nudged her to tell her to be quiet. clearly there was something wrong that made him take over when he said he couldn't help me in the first place. I'm not gonna call him sexist. I'm not gonna call him racist, but it was something there for him to disrespect me and try to undermine my title at the Hospital. Especially when he wasn't person that was actually suppose to be helping me in the first place. Poor Marisa was disrespectful in front of everyone and barely got to speak to me he completely took over! I'm so mad to be treated this way.
