My husband recently visited your location 3611 N Blackstone Ave in Fresno California. He went in to…read morepurchase a new phone. Despite being reassured by the store manager that the bill would only increase by $5 we found out afterwards that the bill was going to increase by at least $110. When he went back to have the store manager explain the additional charges the manager claimed that was the price they had discussed. My husband had to leave and go to a different location to get the information for the district manager. At the second location the SM was able to look at the charges and we were told that the other store manager lied about what he signed my husband up for. Without authorization this manager added on Asurion insurance that we specifically asked not to have added on. He also removed a long standing bill discount that we have. The manager at your location on Blackstone and Shaw was able to fix some of the damage but we still have to call back July 1st to fix the rest of it. David has no professionalism when it comes to service. Nor will he honor any work he has done. At this point the skills he professes are just as questionable. The next morning, I put the green one on I bought. The tag was marked XL, my size, I couldn't get it on. After looking at it, it seemed to be a medium, but, it was marked as an XL. I went back to Hobby Lobby that morning to return it for a XL. I was greeted by a first and I explained it must have been marked wrong. The first lady I spoke to became accusatory and made an allegation that I washed it and am now trying to return it. I tried to explain to her I buy these t-shirt all the time and even if it was washed, they do not shrink this small. the other lady who was there at this time said just go and get another one. This was the response I was expecting to receive. However the first lady was still jumping to the conclusion that I was trying something illegal to get or change a $3.40 t-shirt. she insisted the second lady call for the manager. The manager immediately told me to just exchange the t-shirt for another one. It probably cost me more in gas. I am giving 5 stars for the second lady and the manager for helping me and not accusing me of something illegal. Their prices were 40% off on most of the fall season decorations. The store is huge so if you have time I recommend to see everything they have. You could come up with a lot of ideas for new projects. I love this store. Once we had our items picked we went to the cashier. It was pretty fast. It was a very good visit. Highly recommend.

I would avoid this Verizon store. Every time I've visited, there has only been one employee…read moreworking, and the customer service has been very disappointing. When I walked in, an employee named Marco, who was wearing glasses, was helping two customers. He never looked up to greet or acknowledge me. I stood in front of him for 5-10 minutes waiting for some acknowledgment, but he never said a word. I finally asked how long the wait would be, and he told me about 10 minutes. While I was waiting, he seemed to work very slowly, carrying on long conversations instead of trying to help the customers more efficiently. During that time, I saw two other customers walk in, realize no one was going to help them, and leave. After waiting about 15 minutes, he finally helped me, but there was no apology for the wait. I was there to purchase two new phones, and the process only took about five minutes. A couple of weeks later, I discovered that my trade-in had never been processed and several parts of my order had been handled incorrectly. This store needs to be reviewed by Verizon's corporate office. Customers deserve to be acknowledged when they walk in, treated with respect, and have their transactions completed correctly.
