I came to Game Stop with the dude since we were in the area. Upon entering he was totally geeking out at all the Star Wars, Dragon Ball Z and all the other toys. He is such a Big Kid at heart. We saw some Dragon Balls that go on the Christmas Tree which he was excited about but he wanted to get them on a different day. Anywho, the staff was very friendly and answered my questions. I came back two days later to surprise the Dude with the Dragon Ball Z ornaments but they were all sold out that quick. The staff informed me that Game Stop by Sierra Vista has one more. I thanked the staff member and left. This game stop is clean and very organized. Definitely a go to for Gamers and Nerds which my dude is. You will find some pretty cool items here. read more

Hi I want to file a complaint at Clovis GameStop Sierra Vista Mall - GameStop (559) 323-9022, 1050 SHAW AVE STE 1047 CLOVIS, CA 93612 This about your employer that would not take in a trade in PS5. I brought it in the morning and this heavy guy he had no name. Did not even smile. Never said how can I help you. He did not look like he want to be there. He was very unprofessional. He tested everything worked. He complained about not having the original white side panels. He made a phone call to his boss. His boss said yes they will take it. But then he started nick picking it had little lite dust. He will not take it in? What was his problem. A simple Trade it in and I want to buy a New Slim PS5 and more games. Would of spent over $500. I guess this guy didn't want my business. He said Dont bring it back here? Like he said it in a angry tone. This guy is bad at his job. He had no respect for customers. The way he talks in a rude bad mood. Don't know what was his problem. I been a powerup member for many years. This guy would not even work with us. He tested everything was good. Beside being lite dust. This is the worse customer service we ever experienced at this gamestop. Never again we will never buy here. Will let my friends know not to do any business at this location. Very, VERY unprofessional. I had called to ask about a headset for PS4. Got help from Jacob. It is his third day there and lemme tell you, awesome kid. Now the manager was nice too but the blonde hair dude who seemed to have to say something every time someone else said something to me. Didn't introduce himself. Just interrupted me and literally had nothing helpful to input. After getting help with what I needed and asking to trade in games I was told my ID wasn't valid. I have a social security card, fish and wildlife ID and other forms but Blondy came up, told me none of them would work and was extremely rude about it. Was about to spend a couple hundred dollars there but thankfully I won't spend another dollar there and I'll be sure to order all my stuff from another, big box store.... This is the only place I now use for my gaming needs. I have been to other stores but they tried to push products that I didn't want or need. This location has a great variety of new and used games. The preorder option is great because you can pay a little at a time. They also have some great bundle packages. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you any questions about a game they usually have the answer and if they don't they find some one who does. This is the best gaming store in the area. Good luck and happy gaming. read more

As a woman, I'm used to not being taken very seriously by the young guys who usually work at these places. In fact I'm usually reluctant to go because I don't like feeling like a second class citizen. I have to say that I will make the drive to come out to this one though. I was helped by a guy named Chris. Very helpful and liked that he maintained eye contact with me. He didn't talk down to or "at" me. Made my trip very enjoyable. This GameStop is adequate, there is nothing incredibly spectacular. However, the service is pretty good the staff will walk around and check in with customers. They have everything that I look for and they aren't really packed ever. read more

Curtis was amazing. I wanted Horizon Zero Dawn for my husband and the price recently dropped so it has been difficult to find. Curtis searched for the one their store had. Then when he discovered it was already on hold, he called the person that had it on hold AND multiple other Gamestops in the area. Even being placed on hold by them for quite awhile. Satisfactory. Doesn't exceed expectations however no bad experiences either. I just think my biggest frustration is I am an in and out person. I know what I am looking for and if they don't have it I move on. Game stop as a corporation makes them do a sales pitch on the phone, in line... and it's not a short thing... it's a doozy! While I love the casual feel when you go in to the store... at times casual can be overdone and have the impression of laziness... :( read more

The staff here was super-friendly and helpful, even on Black Friday! Store is well-organized and makes it very easy to find whatever games I'm looking for. Bought 2 figurines here while they were on sale and the transaction was smooth. Downside is this location is inside of a mall that could use a little more life, but still worth stopping by. read more

My son and also fiancé enjoy games and a lot of what is sold here at GameStop this area unfortunately is the nearest one to home, we come here very often although it's hardly ever pleasant , it seems the managers or whomever in charge is constantly changing maybe them being new and having no long term experience has to do with the poor service that is always being served but they can be a lot more friendlier and helpful. Seems they don't ever want to help and do their job unless they feel you have money and when you ask if they can get some information for you they don't even give you the correct info smh I felt maybe because I am a woman in a store like this they don't care to give me their best service but it's also when i'm with my fiancé the service is still poor.Ridiculous. They need a lot of training if it wasn't for my son loving games so much this place would never get my money I don't mind taking the longer trip further away to shop. Shoot even in Sanger, at least the men/women are much nicer and helpful there I'm done with this one. read more
