I have done my grocery shopping from this location the past 2 weekends because I do like that they seem to carry more options than the Target closer to my home (marks and shaw). But I do have to comment that I was very disappointed in the fresh mango selection this week. It looked as though the mangos were still sitting there from the last week I came because they were definitely overripe with lots of spots. I managed to find 2 that were ripe and on the edge of being too ripe. But what I am most disappointed about in this trip was that bought for the very first time a "Dinner in Minutes kit". I love that for $15 you get a kit already put together for a quick dinner prep. I bought the BBQ Pulled pork sliders that includes pulled pork, macaroni and cheese (pre-made), Hawaiian rolls, onion strings and it was suppose to have a buttermilk ranch chopped salad. I grabbed the bag and peeked in it and saw the green onion bag assuming that was the salad kit. NOPE! Tonight (one day later) as I pulled the prepared bag open, NO SALAD!! It's very disappointing and should I ever try a kit again, I will physically go through the meal bag and make sure all items are included. I called customer service and although the woman was nice, there was really nothing they could do. read more

My favorite target. There is a variety of stuff you can get without the worry of it being out of stock. I do plenty of drive up orders and everytime I do, I am greeted by great energy and fast service! I worked at this target, and getting work experience here was truly enjoyable. The price of stuff can be expensive, but that is what is expected of target. They price match stuff and have deals going on pretty regularly that helps your shopping experience. I have only been to this Target a handful of times and I have to say it is VERY glamorous. I personally prefer Target over Walmart as it is more classier but a few cents more expensive than Walmart in comparison. I remember when this store was the only store open a few a years ago and it is awesome to see this plaza expand! Every Target that I have been to has been very organized and clean. The staff is nice and always friendly. Make sure you get a Target Debit card so you can get the 5% discount. This Target is very convenient of the death of the Herndon and 99 freeway. So it does get a lot of travelers sometimes who are passing by. There's also a Starbucks inside which would have been better if it was an actual Starbucks drive thru but that is just me. I love all Targets and this one is very organized and customer based. If you are in the area you definitely have to check out the newest Target in North West Fresno! This is probably my favorite target in Fresno. It's always super clean the employees are always smiling it's always easy in andeasy out. I love the drive up pick up service at all targets. I thought it was super cool that today because it was raining they had a canopy set up for the employees to be under while delivering to your car. The drive up pick up is always so fast. I love how the app tells them I'm there as I'm pulling in the parking lot and I never have to wait for anyone to come out to my car because they're already on their way out when I pull into the parking stall. read more

Clean, plenty of parking, car charging stations for electric cars, and a beautifully designed space! This is my favorite Tarjay in town and I make sure to stop in whenever I'm in town. There are lots of other cool shops and restaurants in the same shopping center in case you are a Target dawdler (like me - I need at least 30 minutes in here on any given visit) and you are there with people who can get through Target in ten minutes! This location is always well stocked, with plenty of employees around to help you if you need them. It is brightly lit, with clean aisles and clean clothing and accessory areas. Whether you are looking for giftware, school supplies, bedding, or gifts for friends or their babies this location has you covered! Whoa, I got out of there by spending only $2.14 However, this is one of the stores in transition to the Macy's department store look. I didn't really need that, I don't happen to like Macy's so I'll avoid that whole middle part of Target from now on. But the whole perimeter of the store is normal so I'll go there. The small but important (to me) thing I would like to mention is the hook in the restroom stalls. It's on the wall nearer to the guest. Instead of on the door, one, security but two, it's closer for personal needs. Thank you!! Also, our cashier was friendly. And you have a ton of parking!! 11/26/22 - I'll tell you a very helpful staff. It appears that there were enough employees to not only help customers but also check them out. Plus I saw many employees loading carts throughout the store I'm guessing ( because we try not to assume ) for future pick up as they have many reserved spots out front for drive up/pick up. I was looking for one item and the associate told me there were none on the floor but he called in the back and they were to bring them out. I waited maybe 5 - 10 minutes as the associate walked up to me and said they are bringing them out now and asked me to step up to check out. Which I thought was very efficient. Since the item wasn't there yet the cashier asked if she could help me. I told her they were bringing out the item now. In and out fairly quickly being that it's Black Friday. Only gripe was the bag. Now I don't physically go shopping unless it's food shopping. I do mostly on line , the introvert I am, anyway the cashier associate asked if I wanted a bag which I replied yes and didn't realize they were to charge me for it but she could have mentioned it Cheapskate I know. Review is for the pick up via drive through. I checked in on the mobile app and drove to the store. Pulled into a pickup spot, entered the spot number onto the app and waited. And waited. And waited..... I saw car after car pull up after me and was helped before me. There were 2 target employees working the pickup. After 30 mins of waiting and watching cars drive in after me get helped and drive off, I got out of the car and asked the employee walking around where my order was. She said your order is not on my cart and walked away. After more waiting, a different target employee showed up with my order. I have been a loyal target customer for many yrs and was very disappointed by their drive through pickup service. I use the pickup service for many other stores such as walmart, vons, ulta and have never experienced such disorganization. I waited in line for 5 min with two people in front of me and the employee waited until after the person ordering was done before saying that no more customers were going to be able to order. Placed a pickup order and it was taking extraordinarily long so we went to the store, got the item we were going to pickup and took it to the customer service desk to see if we could just pick it up and process the order. They said we were trying to "skip our place in line" and we "weren't special, we won't expedite your order" expedite??? We made their job easier by bringing it up there and instead of just processing the order and letting us leave we were met with aggressive snarky attitudes. The worst customer service for their iPhones. I came here at 6pm right when they opened for Black Friday to get an iPhone 7 & 7 plus. Apparently they only have 2 in stock for each color of 7 plus 128 GB. And the first person bought 4, practically buying all of them. It's 8:35pm, we're about the 5th person, and the 2nd person is still being helped. 2.5 hrs later & they are only on the 2nd person. That's crazy slow! It's ridiculous they have such a limited number of iPhones here when other locations said this store would have at least 30 of the exact phone we wanted, color, size, & model, yet when we get here there is only TWO. The manager said there should be enough for us and now he doesn't know. The 2nd lady decided not to buy one iPhone so we could have it but now there isn't any left? So where did they magically go? There should be a limit of 1 per person because now we have to wait hours just to see what is left. This is very slow & a huge waste of time. Don't advertise that you have 30 iPhones in stock but when we are 5th in line you are somehow all sold out. We know exactly what the 4 people in front of us is buying so you didn't have more than 6 in the store. read more

Was in the electronics department early Sunday morning and asked if I could get some help with a couple of video games I was looking for. The male employees immediate reaction was "we most likely don't have it if it's on PS5." I said, okay, what about Nintendo switch games and then proceeded to ask if he had the game I was asking about. He said no, and I had asked if he knew when there would be a new shipment or when they would get more in stock and he shrugged me off like nothing. Most people would jump to a conclusion that a Target store is just a Target store right? I mean isn't it the same cut and paste unmemorable place that looks the same almost everywhere. The answer to that is NO ! because that's a huge mis-conceoption, believe it or not every Target store may look similar in colors and organization, but square footage size, product offerings, price and availability of service does vary with the demographic its "targeting". Lets just say some Target like this one can be pronounced the same way Oprah Winfrey says its "Tar-jay" while some targets like the ones in the south is more of "targ-uhh". Since this Target store is located in North West Fresno, a state of the art affluent housing development in the ever growing Fresno corridor on the west side, this store's outlook is fresh, its interior is new and its interior finishing is classier in comparison to the other target in Fresno. Basically its a higher class Target; the only other Target in Fresno worth its rival is the Herndon and Willow Target, located in North Clovis, and that is because, these two target are like twins, they are targeted to the same higher income demographic, except one is in the west and the other in the east. Even the store layout is the same if you notice it carefully, the entrance are both on the east side of the building, and even rows and checkouts are almost uncanny. This target like its twin carries more inventory and offers more option for the consumers through my observation shopping at all 5 Targets in Fresno. Just run through the aisles and you will see that you have more options for non-toxic items, more cute furniture options and even a wider selection of seasonal items, its not just that, even their clothing, shoes and groceries items is in wider-higher quality selection here than other Target store in Fresno, don't believe me, just go to Shields and First target and compare. What I do LOVE about this target is the gorgeous new interior, and it feels very modern, even the bathrooms is equipped with motion sensors. I would also like to note that the electronics section is carpeted here, they have a Target optometrist service and also their guest service looks clean and neat. This target also has a nice cafe and an in store Starbucks. Target is a great place to save money if you know how, take advantage of the FREE Target CARTWHEEL app, and scan items to check if they are additional saving. Scan that coupon at check out and save, also don't forget to check the back end-caps for clearance items, up to 50% price slashes, plus get the red card and save a further 5%. I do HATE their checkout service, because its very impersonal and unfriendly, they do ask you the generic question like "how did you find everything", yet while asking that the cashiers here makes no effort for eye contact and is clearly just trying to make his hourly income and not doing his/her job with passion. I just wished Target would hire more friendly and customer service oriented people. Even better just have those self checkout machines here like they do at the Herndon and Willow Target, so I don't have to deal with such miserable employees. Overall I do love this new Target store, and it has a plenty of parking too. Maybe improve on customer service and this shiny new store would be awesome. read more

New, big, clean Target in the Markets at El Paseo Shopping Center on the north end of this new center. There is still lots of construction going on around Target, which was the first store to open, so the traffic patterns may change as more stores go into the center. Easy off and on the freeway should you be traveling through Fresno and need a Target. Shelves are fully stocked. Employees are helpful and pleasant. This Target has an optical office as well as a pharmacy. Starbucks is there, too. read more

I happen to really like this Target mainly because it's so close to home. Additionally it is not as busy as the other stores, and I have been able to get in and get out quickly. That being said, the employees are friendly and are frequently inquiring to see if you need additional help finding anything. Every time I've been here, the place has been spotless, convenient, and friendly. One of the employees took the time to tell me about Cartwheel, Target's sale app. I was able to utilize the app right away, even on everyday items. I really appreciate the fact that the staff was out of the way to assist you and for that, I give this store 5 stars. read more

It is about time North West Fresno gets a large clean Target! This Target is super clean with large isle and friendly customer service. When you walk into this Target you can feel the urgency and pride of a new store (Love it)! Every isle is neatly organized and help is always around the corner. There is plenty of parking and registers to accommodate the busy weekends. During the weekday they do only have a handful of cashiers but it's never too packed. Several grocery stores down Shaw avenue have lost my business since this establishment has opened. This Target has everything, period! And I don't have to fight traffic up and down Shaw ave or ghetto environments (WinCo/Walmart). Needless to say, since I live in close proximity from Target, this will continue to be my number one store close to home. I am pleased to rate it 5 stars!! What a great addition to NW Fresno, a brand new super Target and shopping center. This Target is brand new, and it has the grocery store in it, hence the name Super Target. The store is well lit, friendly and helpful employees as well as having pretty much everything you're looking for. Employee help. There was an item I just couldn't find (of course it was staring me in the face the whole time) . So I just continued getting things from my list. The store itself is nice. Most times I've gotten good customer service. It is partly why I prefer a target over the other larger stores but this last visit makes me wonder about their commitment to providing good customer service. I couldn't get anyone to help me so that I could buy an iPad and then a young lady in returns decided to leave and talk to the security guard right when I walked up while her partner was swamped with another customer.
