Best Customer Service! Donovan advised on what was needed to close this account. I stopped at TWO Verizon stores in NC. No one could help. As soon as I got back to TX, I went to this store. Isaiah was able to help me add my Guardianship paperwork and close the account. Donovan cleared up a question I had regarding a final bill in less than 5 minutes. I had already called the 800 Verizon number which was very frustrating. Afterwards, I called Apple which was very good and had spent over 1 hour on the phone and then with another Apple Supervisor who then told me my problem was with my carrier, Verizon. She said she thought it was a sim card problem. I made an appt and went in on Saturday. Anthony greeted me as soon as I came into the store. He checked out the phone. Then he said he would repIace the sim card. We made test calls and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. I had excellent service provided by Anthony Castillo. He was professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly as well! Hopefully Verizon will continue to hire employees like Anthony who know their job and get that job done well! So my issue is I ordered the new iPhone 17 from them. It was on backorder and I understood that it was going to be coming in a few weeks. During those few weeks, I broke my previous phone completely. I had to order a refurbished one that I could use for a week before my iPhone 17 came in. I went to the Verizon store at this location and they told me they could not put cellular data on my refurbished phone because it was already being transferred to my iPhone 17 that was in the mail. They told me that I could cancel my order and replace it so I could get my cellular data on my refurbished phone or just wait for the 17 to come in. The guy told me it would only be a couple of days.... But a few days but and then I was told it was coming two days ago... then one day ago.... And now today after three weeks my phone was supposed to be delivered. But no I go to look to see when it's gonna be delivered, and the guy canceled my order when I specifically told him not to keep in mind he never put the data on my phone either... They explained everything thoroughly and were honest, and answered my questions. Jared helped me lower my monthly bill and everything too. I switched 3 weeks ago to Verizon and went all in. I had them provide my home WiFi as well, expecting them to be the best, or at least sufficient. I was very wrong. Coverage is spotty and inconsistent. In my own bedroom, my phone shows full WiFi signal AND full cellular signal, both provided by Verizon, and I can't even Google "restaurants near me". It will time out and not be able to connect. In my stinking bedroom. Do those WiFi and cellular strength symbols at the top right of the iPhone serve any real function? They're not remotely accurate. My guess is no. All over town my connection is spotty at best, something I wasn't experiencing with my previous provider. I'm switching back at the end of the month. What a pain in the butt. Verizon has great customer service though. The product they provide just sucks. read more

I had a great customer services experience with Trey at your store this morning and wanted to recognize him for making what could have been a difficult process very smooth and easy. My very non-technical mom was getting a phone upgrade on a family plan and Trey could not have been more helpful, knowledgable and patient, especially when it came to ensuring her data (thousands of photos) got migrated properly and reassuring her it would be a snap to adjust to the changed features and functionality of the new phone. Had no choice but to go in there several times and I have never seen a bigger group of disinterested, slow, lackadaisical employees in my life. This review is coming from the owner of a local business that currently has a business account with Verizon Wireless. I highly recommend any and all customers including businesses to look elsewhere for cellular service. We have purchased multiple devices from this location in specific and the devices still have not been activated. These devices were purchased months ago. Even though Verizon has not been able to activate the devices they will not allow us to return them as we have had the devices over 30 days. As a fairly busy business owner I track all my time. We have been in store 17 times usually spending more than 1 hour per visit some visits lasting over 3 hours. I have dealt with the assistant manager, general manager, and our business representative. We have reached out to Verizon Wireless tech support as well as customer service to no avail. We have communicated with 32 different agents over the phone totaling more than 38 hours on the phone with Verizon. Verizon customer service is an absolute joke and sadly no one cares who answers any Verizon 800 number. Our bill due to this issue has also been 25%-30% higher than what would be expected. Our account is so messed up from all the different hands that have been in the pot to "fix" our issue. There are now so many lines and devices on our account that shouldn't be we have no idea what to even do. As a business owner I HATE leaving a review like this for another business. Marc is the best customer service manager at the store hands down.....  Here's why. I've been a version customer for over 15 years. Im very well versed in there contracts to say the least. I was told that if I add a new line of service I would get a phone for free.  So thats what I did.  Too good to be true!  Bill time came and of course I was getting charged for the phones. I called customer service a number of times.  To which they said nothing can be done you must pay for the phones.   After being lied to an hung up on with the phone customer service reps I was at my wits end.  I drove to the Flower Mound Store and was really praying to talk to someone in person about the issue I was having.   I walked in and right away asked for a manager just to see if something could be done, Marc said have a seat tell me whats going on.  As I'm so mad I started to cry. Marc sat and listed to everything that I had to say. After an hour being in the store Marc had the issue resolved by calling in himself and talking them through what happened to me. Refunds were issued, my girls got to keep their phones, and I'm not leaving.  Marc saved the day as well as the gal her talked to on the phone!!! read more

My husband ordered a new iPhone for me and I took my 8 year old boy with me to get it se up. You would think Verizon employees would be quick to help but I guess I'm wrong. I don't remember the guys name but he was tall and a little bigger and absolutely not helpful at all. He pretty much said how easy it is to set up at home and it's not. I do not understand these things and am also about to have a brain tumor removed so I'm not comprehensive as I should be. Still nothing. I said ok I'll go to another store. I then explained to my son never ever under any circumstances treat people that way and always be helpful or find a solution or someone that can help. What a shame. Awful service. Always a problem getting the right information on my account. I have been paying for insurance for years and then are told I have to pay $150 dollars. I then went to Apple and got the phone replaced for free. Upon my return I decide to call the insurance department and told that I should have been given a replacement phone and that unfortunately the store just did not want to help me. What? This place has thrown away all customer service because they are terrified of COVID. The staff leaves you waiting outside in below freezing temperatures to verify that you are an existing customer before you're allowed inside. Then, once inside the service is horrific. The rep left me waiting for 30 minutes without notifying me on what was wrong with my account. Then, came back without any resolution. Customer service at verizon is abysmal. When we got our new phones 2 days ago, we were told that the new phone wouldn't be activated until it was turned on. I was at work when my secure 2 factor ID app went down because my old phone was deactivated and the new phone activated. 2 hours of my wife's time on the phone got things fixed. We were told all we needed to do was call a 1800 number to activate the new pone later. 15 minutes with customer support, 55 minutes with business customer support, 15 minutes with business customer support supervisor and 20 minutes with advanced technical support later my old and new phones were both bricked as well as my wife's old and new phone. I drove to the store that sold me the phone 2 days ago and was told I would need to wait in line to get any help. When I mentioned that I was going to lawyer up if I didn't get prompt customer support the manager, Daniel, refused to help me any further. 1 hour later my wife finally got my phones fixed. 30 minutes more and her phones still are not working. read more

The store overall is fine. My problem is with 1 employee named Anthony. I've had 4 different interactions with him where he either gave me bad information, no information or caused me to have to return to the store the next day. He doesn't explain what he's doing when helping you, he doesn't explain any charges, he doesn't help you with the basics of your new devices, he can't answer basic questions about billing and most recently he didn't help my elderly mother with getting her new phone setup and just told her to "go home and plug it in and log in and it'll switch over" (which didn't happen). He also charged her for the most expensive accessory bundle without telling her what was in it or how much it cost and she ended up with accessories she doesn't even understand. He doesn't give a crap about service and doesn't know what he's doing. He just wants to make a sale. If you go to this store and Anthony walks up to you, kindly ask for someone else to assist you unless you want an incredibly bad experience. read more

I am SO impressed with this store! I have had Verizon for many years, and it's the best service, but I've had some issues with the wireless stores. The guys there (at different locations) were often arrogant, didn't care, and were sometimes even insulting. NOT at this store! I've interacted with Dylan, Reid, and Ryan, and they're great. The people here are so nice, thorough, laid back, and very helpful. It's seriously a breath of fresh air. I'm so glad they're my local store! read more

I went to this store this morning at 10:00 am. The manager greeted me and handed me off to an associate to help me with a question about an upgrade. The associate was speaking very softly and quickly and I could not understand him. At this time, the manager took another customer adjacent to me and was speaking so loudly that it exacerbated the situation. Now I was forced to try and communicate over his noise. The manger furthered the problem by asking his client if he could turn up the music in the store. They offered me the opportunity to move to another location in the store, but by this time I was so frustrated that I left. read more
