I was extremely thankful since there was no way I'd be able to travel with my phone since the screen was extremely shattered. The owner pointed out a few other issues with my phone and gave me a great discount. I was also able to watch the repairs being done which is great because I got to understand exactly what's going on with my phone (I know some places take your phone to the back). I would definitely recommend this place - quick, quality work, transparency on whats being repaired, and a great price! Can't beat it!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!…read more At 8:30am, I set an appointment for 1:00pm via their website. Arrived at 12:45 and received at text to confirm my arrival. At 12:45 I received this text.... "Hi, it's AT&T. We're ready for you now. Reply T to add time or C to cancel." According to the little TV screen inside the store, I've been at the top of the list for an hour and ten minutes. Five people below me have been helped. Not certain if the people at this location are just ignorant, or simply don't understand the concept of appointments. Left this location and went to another AT&T location and will be helped momentarily.

He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff, and greet people coming into the store. This sermed like a recipe for disaster.

I have had multiple interactions with iRepair now so I can go provide a comprehensive review of my…read moreexperience with their sales & service. They are a true gem, I brought in my iPhone 7 which had stopped working. I had it repaired previously by a store in Irving & in Miami. I let them know the urgency of my situation & despite it being a few hours from closing time on a Friday they found time to diagnose the issue & even repair it same day which meant a lot. The cost was more than reasonable & they even pointed out some bad repair choices by the previous stores I had this repaired by. The experience was great, they were courteous & very knowledgeable. My second experience was a week or so later after doing the minimum repairs to my phone to get it functional I brought it back for a thorough refurbish of the internal parts & again I received the same level of service & the cost was also reasonable. I have been using my iPhone 7 for many years & found no reason to upgrade Bc it still works great & they just put another 5 years of life into my phone & saved me a ton. This is a gem of a repair store in our area & they have been consistent so if you get in a bind & need repairs give them a shot.
