    The manager had to write his name on a card when requested, his badge read: "DJ Sawyer, Mall Cop in Training"

    The service was so slow, it makes you go backwards in time...I hope the football game that the manager and staff were watching in the back office was a good one(...the manager was there for most of my time in the store. After nearly an hour of waiting - mind you there was only 1 person in front of me in line! I was frustrated and asked the person who checked me in what was going on - "I've been here for an hour" his response was to correct me that it had only been 47 minites (condescending tone and eye rolling from a grown man is not what I was expecting ...I then found out he was the manager!! I am not sure what to say other than he asked me to leave and refused to help me because I was mad. (I was undeniably mad, my mistake was pointing out that I had watched him walk around doing zero for the entire wait outside of his office visits for game playing. He tried to stare me down like a tough guy - seriously?? DJ Sawyer is destined to be a mall cop with his next promotion In all honesty, I waited without any help for nearly an hour, received attitude and major passive-aggressive responses from the manager and were told they would not help us and he would schedule an appointment for us somewhere else - because they were closing. I called support, and was helped gracefully and with empathy and hospitality - it took less than 20 minutes over the phone. Do yourself a favor and call verizon over the phone, this team is focused on playing around and playing video games in the office while people wait. Best part of the experience was the manager telling me he isnt allowed to help guests, because he was too busy checking in other people...not helping anyone. (We were the last people there when we left)! Verizone should do an audit of the place, they already have poor reviews before this, I should have looked at them before wasting my time.

Full disclosure my BIL gave me his 50" LED LG 4 years ago. It's incredible to see how much prices has dropped in the past several years. As soon as I saw their 65" OLED LG I was smitten. I knew I would buy it. I spoke with the sales rep Donald and the man was godsend. He walked me through different models, Geek Squad, installation services and haul away options. He made it so simple to buy a TV. I was only there on a lunch break and he managed to get me out the door before I had to get back to the office. Kudos to him! Anyway, the store layout has changed so much since the last time I was in there (maybe 2019) and it looks totally different now. Good news, I was able to get the a new TV for an fantastic price. During the purchase date i was clearly told by employee I had a 90-day return or exchange. Now they said the holiday return ended January 14th. That's not 90 days. Why give false information? Also, employees are usually lazy and unhelpful. When you ask for help to locate items, they just point instead of actually assisting, even when they're not busy. Good products, but customer service makes every visit frustrating.

I thought they wouldn't be capable of fixing my laptop (it had network issues). So I went there a few days ago. I explained the situation, and they typed it up. They would need to hold it for a day or so - I was uncertain but allowed them to keep it overnight. Skipping ahead. I called - there was no answer. I called the next day, and the female receptionist answered and said they would get back the next day. Next day came, and they finally answered but I didn't pick up. I tried to call back, they did not answer. By night time (around 6pm) they answered and said they would be open until 7PM. Okay, the complaint I have about this place is them getting back to you via the telephone. I would suggest that the place - at least - have their hours in their Voice Mail. (And yes, as someone else said - the place is unbelievably cluttered. But it is a small shop, so it's understandable). The good place about this place is that they can fix your electronics. Mine took two days with a guarantee. They found the problem, resolved it along with other problems they came across, all for a very low price of $120. Other places would probably have charged you for triple that rate, and for a longer period of time. I'm happy, and will most likely return at a later date in case I come across another issue.

The staff is usually helpful, and turnaround times are pretty quick. However, my last experience was really disappointing. I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.

My boyfriend was so excited to start playing "The Last of Us" on his PS3, but every time we tried to get through the opening credits of the game, his PS3 would just shut down. Devastated, he found Mobile Tech Solutions. We brought it in on a Saturday and they took it immediately. We used the Yelp deal and got $10 off, which meant the repair would only cost $85. Ryan was super friendly and chatted it up with us the whole time. Unfortunately, the PS3's motherboard was fried and it would cost us way too much to replace it (and wouldn't make sense to buy an entirely new PS3), so Jack from Mobile Tech Solutions graciously offered the option of trading in my boyfriend's broken PS3 for a refurbished PS3. Needless to say, I think he is going to be plenty busy killing zombies for the next few weeks! Great deal, friendly staff!

I do not understand their failure to notify me when they could not deliver what they committed to. Twice. I appreciate making a special trip on Sunday to let me pick up my PC , but that does not compensate for lack of communication. If they had said it would take a week, I would have been happier than two missed dates. Of course, I might have taken my business elsewhere, but they would not have a new 2-star revew. Everyone has choices.
